AFFIDAVIT

I, GEMCEL V. PALOMARES, Filipino, of legal age, single presently residing at Block 6,

Lot 19, Brescia Street, Althea Residences, Brgy. Zapote, City of Biñan, Laguna, after having
sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and states that:

1. That I am applying for employment abroad as a Metal Fabricator;

2. That I am a Genuine Temporary Entrant in Australia;

3. That the reason I am applying for a VISA to work in Australia is that I want to earn and
save money to help my family and to put up a small business in my home town;

4. That I had been nominated by my sponsor for the reason that I have the qualifications
and experience that they are looking for, I have a long-time experience in the field of
Metal Fabrication from the year 2012, Also a wide range of experience and knowledge in
the terms of Metal Fabricator that will gain growth and help for the company;

5. That my experience is related with the position that I am applying for, as Metal
Fabricator;

6. That the reason I am seeking to work in Australia to strive hard and be able to provide
for my family financially because Australia pays higher salary than here in the
Philippines. And in order for me to support my family and save money;

7. I am executing this sworn statement to attest, as I hereby attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts, and for whatever legal purpose it my serve.
