1. QC Inspector Civil :

Company: China Gozoba Group Corporation (CGGC).

Duration : March, 2023 to Till date.
Client: Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Pakistan
Consultants: MDGC consists of MWH (USA), NORPLAN (Norway).
Project: Mohamed dam Hydropower Project Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

• Submissions of WIR & MIR for civil,

• structural & architectural activities & materials as per approved I TP.
• Performing pre inspections of materials and executed work.
• Witnessing different quality tests at site.
• Preparing ITPs & inspection checklists for civil, structural & architectural activities.
• Keeping record of all documents related to QAQC.
• Controlling of shop drawing and material submittal production.

2.QC Inspector Civil :

Project: DHA Phase 5 Islamabad
Client: Defence Housing Authority (DHA).

Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of work as per architectural and structural drawings.

• To implement architectural and structural drawings for underground & elevated station.
• Preparing daily site activity & HES report for client.
• Site inspection including utilities work, checking of formwork, steel checking& concrete pouring.
• Working plans and documentation for weekly progress meeting.
• Daily monitoring & inspection of field construction works.
• Controlling of shop drawing and material submittal production.

• Inspection of finishing items Block work, Plaster, tile, marble, celling & Paint work.
• Working plans and documentation for weekly progress meeting.
• Develops method statement for project execution, discuss with client and obtain approval.
• Co-ordination with MEP Department to implement of work as per project speciation.

4.Civil Inspector:

Company: Egis Rail France

Duration: October 2015 to November 2019.
Contractor: BACS, ALMABANI, CCC.
Project: Riyadh Metro Project (KSA)
Client: Riyadh development authority.
Responsibilities:

• The Riyadh metro is a rapid transport system under construction in Riyadh the capitalOf Saudi Arabia.it
will consist of 6 line total lengths of 176km with 85 underground & elevated stations. The project will
cast US22.5 billion.
• To implement architectural and structural drawings for underground & elevated station.
• Preparing daily site activity & HES report for client.
• Site inspection including utilities work, checking of formwork, steel checking& concrete pouring.
• Working plans and documentation for weekly progress meeting.
• To monitor over all activities at site.
• Monitoring day to day progress of the work.

5.Site Engineer:

Company: M/S the Architects, Karachi

Duration: October 2011 to October 2014.
Contractor: SAMBU JV. (Korea)
Project: Reconstruction of University Of AJ&K, Chatter Kalas, Muzafarabad.
Client: Saudi development foundation (SFD).

Responsibilities:

• To implement architectural and structural drawings.

• To implement Shop drawings and bar bending schedules as per project specification.
• Site inspection including checking of formwork, steel checking, concrete pouring.
• Checking for finishing items Block work, Plaster, tile, marble & Paint work.
• Working plans and documentation.
• To monitor sub-Contractors work as per project specification
• Preparation & checking for subcontractors bill of quantity as per Drawing.
• Ensuring the quality of construction as per project speciation.
• Responsible for constant surveillance of the work force, quality of work to maintain schedule.

6.QC Inspector Civil :

Duration: Sep, 2008 to Feb, 2011.
Client: Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Pakistan.
Consultants: Neelum, Jhelum Consultants (NJC) consists of MWH (USA), NORPLAN (Norway).
Project: Neelum, Jhelum Hydropower Project (NJHP), Muzaffarabad.
Responsibilities:

• Construction supervision and quality control for initial rock support shotcreting layers according to rock
conditions. Sees to it that all activities are performed in accordance with client’s safety rules and
equipment used is as per plant’s safety standards.
• Checking for rock bolting & shotcrete work as project specification.
• To monitor over all activities at site.
• Monitor concrete work; check its temperature, ratio, Strength.
• Ensuring the quality of construction on the site.

7.Site Engineer:

Company: SAMBU JV (PVT), Ltd.

Duration: December 2006 to august 2008
Project: Re construction of new secretariat Muzaffarabad Earth Quake Reconstruction Program.
Consultants: NESPAK.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager in the implementation of project execution, planning and scheduling and other
aspects related targets. Identify critical activities. Responsible for constant surveillance of the work force,
quality of work to maintain schedule.
• To implement architectural and structural drawings as per project specification.
• Planning and scheduling project related targets.
• To monitor sub-Contractors work as per project specification.
• Preparation & checking for subcontractors bill of quantity as per Drawing.
• To monitor over all activities at site including excavation, pcc, steel reinforcement, formwork, concrete
pouring.
• Responsible for constant surveillance of the work force, quality of work to maintain schedule.

8.Site supervisor
