ACKNOWLDEGEMENT OF DEBT and PROMISORY NOTE

I hereby acknowledged receipt hereof for the amount of One Hundred Eighty
Thousand Pesos (P 180, 000.00), this 12th day of July 2021, as money loan
(indebtedness) from Jovito Mortel Mazo of Brgy. Lunas, Romblon, Romblon.

I promise to pay an equal monthly amortization of ( Php 10,000.00) every 12th

day of each month for a period of eighteen (18) months. The first amortization shall
start immediately after or following the date of execution of this acknowledgement
receipt. I likewise undertake that in the event that I could not pay one monthly
amortization hereof I shall pay an interest of five percent 5%) of the unpaid
amortization of P10,000.00 in addition to thereof.
