already extended your words to the two staff who gave assistance to you. They really
appreciate your kindness and promise to work harder to satisfy every customer’s needs.
We also add that providing the good quality customer service is the top priority of our
store; therefore, not only the sales staff but any other one working on our premises is
always willing to provide help to those in need. This actually has made our own corporate
culture and identity of providing high quality goods, affordable prices and good services.

I felt really regretful to know that your request for the car rental coupon #MUJ8745 had been
turned down for some reason. I have also had my subordinate check your entry and would like
to reply to you early about this.
Our record indicates that you applied for our four-seater rental service on May 16 to redeem the
coupon as we had advertised on the local media. However, your submission was rejected
because you had been fingerprinted before. It is our company policy that those with their
previous history of crime are not entitled to hiring a vehicle from us. You mentioned in the email
that you had not committed any crime but failed to provide any proof for this. As a result, we
could not offer service to you for the time being.
Besides, you notified us that because of the unexpected incident, you would not use our service
in the coming years and would persuade your friends and acquaintances to do the same. I think
that you should rethink the intention because our service is for everyone to save their expenses
on their trips. We will continue to serve anyone who meets our requirements, including your
friends and acquaintances. If you have your fingerprinted removed from the police records, you
will be eligible for our service as regulated.
We are currently running several other promotion programs to help customers better their trips.

I would like to show my most sincere gratitude for your feedback email of September 23. I
spoke to the Head of Sales Department to investigate the case immediately and found that
the price change of the cosmetics was traced to the change of the supplier’s pricing policy.
The fact is that the Covid_19 Pandemic seriously affected the flow of raw materials, and this
has caused the supplier to charge its clients more, including our store and the rival one that
you mentioned in the email. As a result, it is most likely that the item that you bought
recently at a lower price came from its old stock, which had been priced upon the suppliers’
earlier policy. When the old stock runs out, it will be forced to raise the price naturally, and
if doing the shopping there, you will have to pay far higher for the same items that our store
also supplies.

I really appreciate your being a regular customer at our store. Having done business with us
for a long time, you have well known that we always offer high quality goods at reasonable
prices to serve customers better. This is our business philosophy, and what we have done
here has actually made our identity in the shopper’s mind. We really look forward to meet
all your shopping needs in our store in the future, and then you will continue to enjoy
shopping for branded items at affordable prices as before.
