CODICIL TO THE LAST WILL OF

DIOSA A. MAGANDA

I, DIOSA A. MAGANDA, Filipino, of legal age, and residing at Brgy.

Bulusan, Calapan City, OIriental Mindoro, and being of sound and disposing mind
and memory,and acting under duress, nor the influence of any person whatsoever,
declare this to be a codicil to my last will and testament dated 15th day of March ,
2024 duly acknowledged with Atty. ANA LEA C. LUZON, under Doc No. 32; Page
No. 7; Book No. CLXXIII; Series of 2023.

WHEREAS, by my said will, I appointed John P. Suarez to be the executor

of said will;

WHEREAS, by virtue of said appointment, said John P. Suarez will be

obliged to reside in the said country of Philippines for which reason he has
manifested to me his incapacity to act as my executor;

NOW THEREFORE, I hereby revoke the appointment of said John P.

Suarez as executor of my said will, and I appoint Lyka O. Jimenez to be the sole
executor of said will in place of John P. Suarez. I declare that my said will shall be
construed and interpreted as if the name of Lyka O. Jimenez was there originally
written instead of that of John P. Suarez.

In all other respects, I confirm my said will and testament.

15th day of March, 2024, in Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE

WE, the undersigned witnesses, do hereby affirm that the foregoing is the
Codicil of Diosa A. Maganda, consists of two (2) pages, including the page on
which Attestation Clause and Acknowledgment before the Notary Public are
written, and we hereby certify: That he executed the same while of sound and
disposing mind and memory; That he signed the same in our presence, at the
bottom of the last page and on the left hand margin of each and every page, and
we, at her behest, have signed hereunder and on the left hand margin of each and
every page, in her presence, in the presence of the Notary Public, and in the
presence of each and every one of us this 15th day of March 2023 at Calapan City,
Oriental Mindoro, Philippines.

BEFORE ME, Notary Public for and in the City of Calapan, Province of
Oriental Mindoro, personally appeared: The testator, DIOSA A. MAGANDA, with
TIN 821-824-218 issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR); Witness, JOY
M. LUZ, TIN 812-734-871 issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);
Witness, BLOSS B. PADRILAN, with TIN 841-921- 816 issued by the Bureau of
Internal Revenue (BIR); and Witness, NIKKA RAMIREZ, with TIN 241-215-182
issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), all known to me to be the same
persons who executed the foregoing Codicil to the Last Will and Testament, the
first as testator and the last three as instrumental witnesses, and they respectively
acknowledged to me that the same as their own free act and deed.

This Last Will and Testament consists of two (2) pages, including the page
on which the Attestation Clause and this acknowledgment is written, and has been
signed on the left margin of each and every page thereof by the testator and her
witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.

WITNESS MY HAND AND SEAL, on the 15th day of March, 2024 at the
City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Philippines.
