1. In case if your agreement value is on and above Rs. 50 Lakhs as per Govt. norms, you
as a customer you are liable to pay 1% TDS on agreement value immediately post
agreement.
2. Legal fee of Rs.25,000/- to be paid in addition to above amount .
3. The client has accepted that the above cheques are paid in advance and the cheques
will be deposited on the due date.
4. Any charges of the bank will be borne by the customer only.
5. If the due EMI is not cleared within 15 Days from the due date, collection charges of
Rs.10,000/- per month will be applicable.

6. All the documents and CIBIL Reports given by the Purchaser are true and confirmed
by the purchaser.

7. If more than 3 cheques are due , Flat can be mortgage to recover the payment and
the purchaser is very well aware about the same.
8. Maintenance Rs.3/- Per Builtup Sq. Ft + Govt. Taxes as applicable to be paid for 24
months in advance on possession.

9. In case of any cancelation after downpayment the customer will be charged 3% of


Total Package as admin charges.

10. Downpayment to be done in maximum 30days from Booking.
