I. AUTHORITY:
1. Progress Report to the investigation conducted on the incident
recorded Patrol Section Incident Logbook, Entry No. 4111-22, dated August 10,
2022.

II. DETAILS:
2. The investigation into the alleged home invasion on Ms. Carmela D.
Masala on August 10, 2022, is ongoing, with significant strides made in suspect
identification, and legal proceedings.
3. Witness statements, forensic findings and the cctv footage are all
corroborated the incident report of the alleged home invasion on Ms. Carmela D.
Macaraig.
4. Moreover, the records show that Danilo Valet had previous
engagements in several cases of thefts, which he allegedly had in his village.

III. RECOMMENDATION:

5. It is highly advisable to engage more in gathering testimonies from

witness and pursuing legal action to ensure accountability for Danilo D. Valet.
