I, VINCENT KIPLANGAT CHIRCHIR and SCANDIES CHEPKIRUI of BOX 26-20209, Fort-ternan In
the Republic of Kenya ,holder of ID NO 32703761 and 35971965 respectively.
do hereby make oath and state as follows:-

1. THAT: we are adults of sound mind and the deponent herein hence competent to swear this affidavit.
2. THAT: we are bearers of Identity Card Numbers 32703761 and 35971965 respectively.
3. THAT: we engaged and married each other as husband and wife on 1st October 2019 through customary
marriage , therefore no marriage certificate issued then to date hereof.
4. THAT : VINCENT KIPLANGAT CHIRCHIR herein referred as 1st Deponent and SCANDIES
CHEPKIRUI herein referred 2nd deponent swear this affidavit for confirmation and for official
identification where necessary and to support our application to the registrar and principal registrar of persons
and kindly petition him/her to allow us to obtain marriage certificate thereof.
5. THAT: what is deponed to herein is true to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
