TERMS AND CONDTION

agreement.
2. That upon the signing of this agreement and the payment of the agreed purchase price
the land owner vendor shall relinquish, control proprietorship or other rights relating to
the ownership of the said land/plot.
3. That the land owner (vendor) does promise not to do anything that might hinder/alter
and or bar the smooth transfer of ownership of the said Land/Plot or might jeopardize
the same.
4. That any party who breach the terms and condition of agreement shall be liable to pay
damage to be qualified by an arbitrator of a court of law.
5. Transactions leading to transfer of the said a parcel has been affected
