Abstract
This project aims to develop and optimize a cost-effective and efficient Fused Deposition Model-
ing (FDM)-based 3D printer for producing high-quality prototypes and functional parts. The fo-
cus is on designing a robust printer architecture with improved printing accuracy and reduced
printing time. The anticipated outcome is a fully functional FDM 3D printer offering superior
print quality, versatility, and efficiency, advancing additive manufacturing technologies.

Results
We Created FDM 3D printer structure for small prototypes and tools.
The nozzles is being sufficiently heated.
The stepper motors are creating precise and accurate movements for the nozzle to print the models.
The hotbed is sufficiently warm for the model to gel together and create a strong base for the build.
The untested beta-phase motherboard and its buggy code are causing hindrances. The solution is to
downgrade to a stable and functional model for smoother operation, currently in progress.
Conclusions
This project's objective is to create an affordable and efficient FDM 3D printer for high-quality
prototypes and functional parts. It aims to enhance print quality, versatility, and efficiency, benefiting
various sectors like rapid prototyping, small-scale production, education, and automotive industries.
The only setback is the beta-phase motherboard and buggy codes, necessitating a downgrade to a
stable and functional model for smooth operation.
