Installation & Two persons per system will be trained in correct use and routine upkeep
Commissioning of the printer.
Terms & Conditions of Supply (Contd.)

Free Maintenance : Free of cost Service and Break down attention will be provided during first
12 months from the date of installation or 7 months from the date of
dispatch whichever is earlier.

Thereafter maintenance service can be arranged on annual service

agreement basis.

Warranty : The machine is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of
installation, for defects in material and workmanship, provided that the
machine has not been damaged because of improper installation or
incorrect use or for any other reason not properly attributable to any act or
omission on the part of the company.

A.M.C : Rs 60000 with all parts ( with service module)

The AMC covers all parts except consumables such as filters, fuses, inks,
etc. The defective part(s) will be rectified or replaced Free of Cost.

The usage of inks, solvent or modification to the printers, which have not
been approved by LINX, shall invalidate the warranty.

Validity : 30 days from today.
