NARRATIVE REPORT on DIVISION FESTIVAL OF


TALENT

I. Narrative Report:

Division Festival of Talents is an annual learning competition which aims to


provide an opportunity for learners to showcase their unique talents and skills.
This event encourages creativity and self-expression among them, fostering a
sense of community spirit and togetherness. And this also aims to develop their
confidence and self-esteem by performing or exhibiting their talents in front of
people. And most importantly, this will enhance their competitiveness skills.

This year’s Division Festival of Talents was successfully conducted on March 15,
2024 at Gingoog City Comprehensive National High School and Don Restituto
Baol Central School, Gingoog City.

The participants of this competition are the winners during the District Read-a-
thon coming from the ten districts and private schools, as well as the school entry
of participants to PopDev-AraPan, Techno-Olympics and Sining Tanghalan.

Odiongan Central School is proud to present the following learners to the said
competition with their coaches:

 Harold Babate - Folk Dance
 Jun Mark Biñas - Folk Dance
 Emman H. Tima-an - Folk Dance
 Quenselle T. Rodriguez - Coach-Guhit Bulilit
 Mary Wena C. Pardillo - Coach- Folk Dance
 Meserie T. Molina - Coach- Pop Dev
 Mariel S. Sulayao - Coach- Reading Interpretation

Among the participants, Decey Rodriane E. Sacal won 1 st Place in Kasaysay


Pop Dev Quiz and will represent Gingoog City Division to the Regional
Festival of Talents on April, 2024 at Misamis Occidental.
II. Major Accomplishments:

A. Focal Persons:

The Division Festival of Talents was spearheaded by Rotsen Escorial, PhD,


EPS-I in MAPEH, and as assisted by: Mitchel V. Rodriguez,PhD, EPS-I in
EPP, Norebel A. Balagulan,PhD, EPS-I in AraPan, Levie D. Llemit,PhD EPS-
I in English and Arlene Micu,PhD, EPS-I in Filipino.

B. Number of Participants:
