RESOLUTION NO. 01

A RESOLUTION CONCURRING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. SUNSHINE M. GAOEN AS

THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY CALAFUG, CONNER,
APAYAO.

WHEREAS, Section 7 of the Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang
Kabataan Secretary shall be appointed by the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson HON.
AMBROCIO E. AWINGAN JR. with the concurrence of the majority of all the SK Kagawad
from among the members of the KK;

WHEREAS, RA 11768 was enacted and amended among others, Section 10 of RA 10742,
which provides that the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary must be at least eighteen (18)
years and not more than thirty (30) years old on the day of the appointment;

WHEREAS, MS. SUNSHINE M. GAOEN possesses all the qualifications for the Sangguniang
Kabataan Secretary as provided under Republic Act 10742 and 11768;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of

MS. SUNSHINE M. GAOEN of Barangay Calafug, Conner, Apayao until the end of the term of
the appointing authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to MS. SUNSHINE M. GAOEN JR.
for her file, copy furnish the DILG Municipal Local Government Operations Officer and the
Local Youth Development Office of Conner, Apayao for their information and records.
