SRM Tech Inc is going to submit your resume to our client Toyota in consideration for the

IOS Developer Title). Vendor agrees that, it has not or will not submit

Deepika Name) resume to Toyota directly or through any
other Vendor/Agent for the above-mentioned position.

Vendor also confirms that they have not submitted the candidate directly or indirectly for
Interview with Toyota within the past 12 months.

In consideration of Company’s time, effort, and expense for interviewing and considering

Deepika Name) for assignment with Toyota, We hereby give
Company the exclusive right to submit as a qualified candidate to that client at

Confidential: Vendor Pay Rate is a confidential matter between Vendor and Company;
Vendor (or its Employee’s/Personnel) shall not divulge its rate to any other party,
including the Client. Vendor acknowledges that its personnel have been informed and
understand their obligations under this RTR Agreement. Company shall retain difference
between amount billed to Client and amount properly invoiced by Contractor as a
commission from Client to Company for its efforts.
