CRITERIA (Based on PNS/PAES 419: 2015)

1. The site's location is accessible by all forms of transportation. There is ample

space to facilitate the movement and maneuvering of vehicles within the location.

2. The site location is dry and located in areas that are free from flooding.

3. The site location is free from fire hazards.

4. The site location for the warehouse is not located near busy public facilities such
as schools, hospitals, etc. The surroundings in the vicinity shall conform to
existing safety and sanitary measures.

5. The structure is built on stable ground soil.

6. The site location has space that will be provided for future expansion.

7. Electricity, communication, water services, and drainage are all available at the
site location and reasonably economical.
