Three Preambulatory Clauses:

Alarmed by the cri cal situa on of countries near the Republic of Samoa, and their cri cal
condi on due climate change e ects, the Republic of Samoa is on a danger posi on as an
island,

Having examinated the climate change e ects on countries near the Republic of Samoa, their
e ects could be star ng to a ect the Repunlic of Samoa on the water level eleva on. The
Republic of Samoa is really worried about water levels and climate condi on, since the Republic
of Samoa, clearly depend on it,

Having studied our climate condi on and his relevance in our aliments, the Republic of Samoa is
worried about their aliments and their primary resources. Primary resources and the natural
aliments on the island is the most important for the conserva on of the Republic of Samoa,

Looking foward for a solu on,

1. Calls for the introduc on of a 100% of renewable energies in all the countries of the world;
2. Further recommends for the reduc on of GHG emissions un l 25,000 tCO2e for all the
countries;
3. Considers to make a call to all the countries of the world to conserve and protect their
natural habits;
4. Encourages to stop all processes which are related with deforesta on or destruc on of the
ecosystem of all the countries;
5. Further recommends the introduc on of social programs to persuade the good use of energy
and all its bene ts for the country.
