From my Desk…

2023 brought us some very significant milestones!

GGS- North America celebrated its 35th anniversary,
GGS-India marked its 20th year in business and GGS-
Philippines is now 12 years old. I am extremely proud of
our longevity in servicing our world class clients.
So, how did we reach these milestones? First, and foremost, is our
employees. I am always impressed with the commitment, dedication and
innovation that has become a hallmark of our company. I have witnessed
our ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our customers and create
value for them. And, it has been a rare instance when have we have not
found a solution to a difficult requirement. It is a key reason why we are still
here today.
Secondly, our corporate culture, guided by our Fundamental Principles, is
also a foundation for our success. Despite all the changes that take place in
the various markets that we are part of, our mission remains the same—“To
provide products and services of the greatest possible value to our
customers, thereby gaining their respect and loyalty“. We still have
customers who have been with us since our inception and so many have
been with us for over 20 years. We should all take pride with this
accomplishment!
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that we are moving our corporate
headquarters to a new location. As we all know, technology has allowed
many of us to work from home and the need for a large facility is no longer
necessary. While I would be kidding that it’s not without an element of
sadness to leave after 23 years, our new work environment will allow us to
reduce our costs and remain effective as an organization.
As we begin the new year, I want to express my sincere appreciation for all
your contributions this past year. The last few years have been challenging
but today we are stronger than ever. With our global footprint, as Winston
Churchill once said about the British empire, the sun never sets on GGS.
So, I offer my best wishes and happiness to you and your families as we
look forward to a successful 2024!

GGS Earns Daimler Hall of Fame Recognition for Quality & Service Excellence

GGS was recently awarded the “Best in Class Quality &

Service Excellence” by Daimler India Commercial Vehicles
(DICV) during the Supplier Meet held on October 25th 2023 at
Chennai.
Just weeks after the fifth anniversary of its domestic
BharatBenz truck business, DICV held its annual Supplier Meet
with a focus on Technology, Safety, and Environment. The
eighth edition of the event saw participation of more than 500
top representatives of the company’s tier-1 suppliers. For the
third time, DICV has honored the best of the best suppliers that
have provided outstanding contributions to the company’s
growth in the domestic and the export business.

This accolade marks a significant milestone in GGS's 13+ year
partnership with Daimler, a testament to our dedication to
consistently exceeding customer expectations. The Hall of
Fame recognition signifies our consistent delivery of world-
class solutions, technical expertise, and exceptional customer
service throughout the year.

Palanivel, Director of Sales and Operations. "This award, specifically acknowledging our achievements in
BEST quality and service alongside achieving a perfect 100% in delivery throughout 2022. This serves as

GGS's commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations has been
instrumental in fostering a strong and enduring partnership with Daimler. We actively collaborate with
DICV teams to understand their evolving needs and develop customized solutions that ensure optimal
vehicle performance and efficiency.

Looking ahead, GGS is excited to further expand its partnership with DICV by exploring new business
opportunities. We are confident that our expertise and unwavering dedication to quality will continue to
play a pivotal role in DICV's continued success.

This recognition not only reinforces GGS's position as a trusted partner to Daimler but also inspires us to

GGS Davenport Office/Midwest Operations Continues to Grow

The GGS Davenport, IA facility and Dubuque operations (supporting John Deere’s agriculture and
construction/forestry Technical Information Development (TID) group) has grown to over 40 employees in
the past year and recently celebrated the holiday season with several new employees. Our Davenport facility
shop area can be seen in the background including some of the equipment we support.

GGS supports the John Deere account in the U.S.

with our primary teams located in Davenport, IA
and Dubuque, IA. GGS has made the Davenport
office a center of excellence for our commercial
technical publications, as well as the primary point
of contact for our Midwest operations. Our ability
to be located within a short distance from our
Midwest customers has allowed GGS to provide
faster response and service to our customer’s
growing technical information and digital
transformation solutions. This has enabled us to
build solid, long-term relationships with our
growing customer base.
Further, the ever-changing, dynamic world of
technical publications has never been as evident as
it is today with our John Deere customers in
Davenport, IA and Dubuque, IA (as well as in Pune,
India).

With new systems and processes being implemented to improve efficiencies and global suppliers helping
to reduce cost, requirements of this customer change weekly. That’s why it’s extremely important to
recognize the accomplishments of the GGS team in supporting John Deere. All of these individuals have done
an outstanding job in keeping our customer happy and meeting their commitments. John Deere is very happy
with the level of service provided by GGS – a “well done’ and thank you to all of those involved this past year!

GGS CEBU Celebrates 12 years.

Twelve years
Tr ago, GGS Philippines (PH) was born and that was the start of our journey. When we first
started, weaiwere on a mission to provide innovative and high-quality products to our customers. We faced
many challenges
ni and setbacks including a devastating typhoon along with the COVID-19 pandemic that
brought manyng companies around the world to their knees. But with perseverance and determination we
overcame them
Ro and continued to thrive.
On the lateo afternoon of June 30th, 2023,
the employeesm gathered to celebrate a
special occasion – our 12th year
anniversary. It was filled with laughter
and heartfelt appreciation for the
incredible journey we have all been a part
of.

The anniversary dinner was simple, yet

remarkable. It was an opportunity to
express gratitude, a time to thank the
employees for their dedication and hard
work that has brought the company where
it is today. Held in our office’s conference
room, the food was overflowing with our
favorite Filipino dishes.

All employees gathered around as we

said our prayers to celebrate this
milestone achievement. This is also a
reminder of the unwavering commitment
of every individual, from the senior
management in York, USA to all employees
in GGS PH.
After all, a company anniversary is not
just a milestone, it is a celebration of
growth and a promise of a brighter future.
So, here’s to many more years of success
and posterity!
