I am a caterer who recently made his mark in Mumbai . I am in to the

business of selling sweet to confectionery shop and provide custom home
delivery of sweets. By hustling/ Sweating I have made my name and
goodwill in this bustling city. I am a master in the art of making several
type of sweets which include Ladoo’s, Bengali sweets, peda’s, barfi’s and
Rasamalai.
My business is my identity my reflection by which everyone recognises
me . After hustling for long time and mastering my work I have created a
reputation of my own.
I got the contract of catering for a wedding going to happen in Shubha
mangal wedding hall Which is substantial for me to get such a contract.
I was very delighted after I got the contract but One day from a source of
mine I found out that the responsibility for wedding sweets was split
between me and another entity named Venus Baker which is located in
bandra and is famous for cake’s, pastries, rum-ball’s, mousse.
Due to the division of responsibility between me and Venus baker my
delicacies might get overlooked and it would directly affect the quantity of
goods consumed which will affect my business. I am not sure to follow my
usual way of doing business by charging for the sweets on per 10kg
basis. Because I was unaware of the contract between Venus bakers and
Shubha Mangal Wedding Hall or lets say I was not informed about this I
need to re construct my contract with shubha mangal wedding hall
because of this reason.
I do understand Ms.Sonakshi’s concern also So, I like to assure her that I
want to honour our long time client customer relation and i am sure which
she also wants.

I am the daughter of Mr.X and we own a wedding hall named shubha
mangal wedding hall situated in Mumbai. We have a track record of
noteworthy socialites having been wed there we our known for our
facilities and amenities. It is considered to be prestigious to have your
wedding at our wedding hall.
We our also known for our buffets, caterers and bakers.My wedding is
going to happen in our wedding hall a week from today and all the
arrangements have been made. It is a very auspicious and important day
of my life.
Mr.Madhu urged for the re construction of contract and as we share a long
term client-customer relation I convinced my father to agree to this
mediation session and let me mediate on his behalf as he was not ready
to sit down for mediation.
As the contract has already been made and signed by both the parties
Mr.Madhu and My Dad all the arrangements have already been done and
the wedding is just a week away it would not be possible for us to re
construct the contract at this crucial stage.
