RELINQUISHMENT DEED

THIS RELINQUISHMENT DEED is made on this 10th day of March, 2024 at


Bengaluru.

BY:
1. Parvathi, W/o Chowdayya, aged 37 years, residing at 27th Main, Sector 5, HSR
Layout, Bengaluru - 102 (hereinafter referred to as the "Relinquisher" or the “First
party” which expression shall unless repugnant to the context thereof shall deem to
include heirs, executors, administrators and assigns) OF THE FIRST PART.

IN FAVOUR OF:
Shree Choudeshwari Temple Trust, Bhavanthi Street, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru
(hereinafter referred to as the "Relinquishee" or the “Second party”, which
expression shall unless repugnant to the context thereof shall deem to include heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns) OF THE SECOND PART.

WHEREAS, the Relinquisher was allotted 1/5th undivided share in the property
comprised in Sy. No. 2116, Bommanahalli Village, more fully described in the
Schedule hereunder (hereinafter referred to as the "Said Property"), by virtue of a
partition deed dated 10.10.1990.

WHEREAS, by a sale deed dated 10.03.2002 executed by the Relinquisher's mother


Padmavathi and aunts Sukumari, Uma and Usha, the Said Property was transferred
to the Relinquishee without the Relinquisher's consent when she was a minor.

WHEREAS, the Relinquisher challenged the alienation of her share in the Schedule
Property by way of a suit before the XCth City Civil Court, Bengaluru in O.S. No.
1358/2005.

WHEREAS, by a decree dated 3rd July 2009, the XCth City Civil Court allowed the
Relinquisher's suit for partition and separate possession of her 1/5th share in the
Said Property.
WHEREAS, the Relinquisher has agreed to relinquish and release her 1/5th share in
the Said Property in favour of the Relinquishee on receiving appropriate
compensation.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. That in consideration of the sum of Rs. ____XXX___ (Rupees ____XXX_______


only) paid by the Relinquishee to the Relinquisher (receipt of which the
Relinquisher hereby acknowledges), the Relinquisher hereby relinquishes,
releases and surrenders all her right, title and interest in the 1/5th undivided
share in the Said Property unto and in favour of the Relinquishee absolutely
and forever.

2. That the Relinquisher covenants that she has not done or committed any act,
deed or thing whereby the Relinquishee's right, title and interest in the Said
Property is impaired or prejudiced in any manner whatsoever.

3. That the Relinquisher hereby declares that the Relinquishee is entitled to have
their name officially registered as the proprietor of the Schedule Property in
the records of the society. This entails the transfer of share, title, and interest
in the Relinquishee's name.

4. That the Relinquisher commits to undertaking any necessary assurances or


actions to further or more completely guarantee the property's transfer to the
Relinquishee. This includes all reasonable steps required for the efficient and
lawful transfer of ownership rights from the Relinquisher to the Relinquishee.

5. That all costs, charges and expenses for stamping and registering this Deed
shall be borne and paid by the Relinquishee.

All that piece and parcel of land situated in Survey No. 2116 situated in situated at
Bommanahalli Village and adjoining lands allotted by the Bangalore Development
Authority admeasuring __xxx____ sq.mts. which is surrounded by Survey
No._yyy__ of _____zzzz_______ and the entire lands being bounded on the:

West by : WWW
North by : NNN
South by : SSS

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Relinquisher has signed this Deed on the day, month
