provider, they didn’t do any Attestation/
Authentication/Verification process or not affix any seal or
signature on the documents submitted by me.

2. I hereby authorize CCAN SOLUTIONS to submits the

documents submitted by me to the department/ authorities
on my behalf

3. I have no objection for process the documents submitted by

me before the concern department/ authorities through their
staff/agents/associates.

4. The documents submitted by me and the attestation/

authentication/ verification process if any done on the same
are genuine. If any documents or process or information
given by me is found to be Forged/ Manipulated/ false, I
myself responsible for all civil and criminal liabilities for the
same.

5. If there is any loss or damage cause to the reputation and

the goodwill of the CCAN SOLUTIONS due to the act done
by me, I will liable to compensate the same within a period
of 90 days after the information.
6. CCan Solutions will not be responsible for the delay caused by
the university side

7. I have read and understood the process details, guidelines,

information and terms and conditions of the company.
