Premium Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. The premium voucher is valid for 1 time use only and is
transferable to an immediate family member i.e. spouse,
child, grandchild, parent or sibling.
2. This premium voucher can only be used for the first
premium payment upon purchase of a new Hong Leong
Assurance (HLA) regular premium plan with minimum
yearly premium of RM1,200.00
3. This premium voucher shall not be used in conjunction
with other promotions.
4. Initial premium payable should be more than the value of
the premium voucher. If the premium voucher value is
higher, no refund will be allowed. If the initial premium is
higher, the difference must be paid in full.
5. Only 1 (one) premium voucher can be redeemed for 1
(one) policy. It is not exchangeable for cash, credit or
anything similar.
6. The premium voucher cannot be accumulated or
exchangeable for cash, credit or of similar kind. The
validity of the premium voucher will be as printed on the
voucher i.e. 1 month before birthday and up till 3 months
after birthday.
7. The premium voucher must be printed & submitted to
HLA Servicing Personnel or Customer Service for
submission of application for new plan.
8. Lost, damaged or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
9. If the customer terminates the policy within 1 (one) year
from the commencement date, the premium voucher
itself or the voucher value will not be refunded.
10. HLA reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend
the premium vouchers without any prior notice.
11. HLA reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary,
delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions
from time to time without prior notice. For avoidance of
doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by HLA
of the voucher, shall not entitle the voucher recipient to
any claim or compensation against HLA or any loss or
damage suffered or incurred by the recipient as a direct
or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or
suspension.
