PURPOSE: Celebrate Taylor Swift’s impact on music while raising money for a local pet
shelter.
We want to provide a platform for fans to honor Taylor Swift’s accomplishments and music
while leveraging her influential presence to raise money for a charitable cause.

SNAPSHOT: This evening, Taylor Swift will celebrate her journey in the music industry with
exclusive merchandise and interactive experiences to help encourage donations. Fans will
interact with Taylor Swift through a Q&A session and an auction of signed pieces.

AUDIENCES: Target Audiences: Taylor Swift fans of all ages, those associated with the pet
shelter, and philanthropists
Secondary Audience: Media and press representatives and celebrities in the entertainment
industry

OTHER DETAILS
● There will be catering, which will provide a variety of dishes to accommodate different
dietary requirements.
● Digital invitations will be sent out six weeks prior to the event
● There will be a VIP reception featuring Taylor Swift for influential people and significant
donors prior to the main event.

TIMELINE
- Invitations: Sent out two months before the event.
- Save the date card: Distributed three months before the event.

ROUGH TIMELINE OF EVENT ITSELF

- 5:00 - 6:30 PM: VIP Reception
Private reception for major donors, influential people, and VIP guests.
- 6:30 - 7:00 PM: General Admission
The doors will open for general admission, with welcome drinks and snacks. Displays
featuring Taylor Swift’s work through the years will also be displayed.
- 7:00 - 9:00 PM: Main Event
Opening remarks, Q&A session, auction for the signed items
- 9:00 - 9:30 PM: Exclusive Merchandise Sales and Additional Donations
- 9:30 PM: Closing Remarks
Acknowledgment and gratitude for those who donated and attended.
