Mr. Kalicharan D Makhijani and Mrs. Malini K Makhijani are the Directors of
Sindhu-Durg Estates Pvt Ltd. As Malini Makhijani is deceased, Mr. Bhagat
Makhijani is shareholder and also director. They are holding the Deed of Conveyance
in their favour with respect to the property situated at Village Tungwe, Marol
Military Road, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400 072, bearing CTS No 23, 23/1 to 23/36.
2) My clients have not entered / executed Deed of Conveyance or Sale with respect to
the above referred property with any other party till this date. Besides, all the
