1. Một người không có việc và khai báo là đang nỗ lực tìm việc nhưng
trên thực tế không phải như vậy.
2. Một người khai báo là không có việc nhưng thực tế là đang làm việc
“chui” để tránh thuế thu nhập.
3. Một người sau một thời gian tìm việc đã nản chí và từ bỏ. Nhưng
trên thực tế họ vẫn mong muốn được làm việc dù không có việc.
4. Một người vừa mất một công việc toàn thời gian tại một công ty. Vì
chưa tìm được việc tại công ty khác, nên chấp nhận làm bán thời

Công đoàn
• Công đoàn là tổ chức của người lao động nhằm thương lượng
với người sử dụng lao động về tiền lương, phúc lợi và điều
kiện làm việc
• Công đoàn sử dụng quyền lực tập thể để thương lượng với
doanh nghiệp và thường đòi hỏi mức lương cao hơn, phúc lợi
và điều kiện làm việc tốt hơn.
• Khi mức lương đề nghị của công đoàn cao hơn mức lương cân
bằng, công đoàn tạo ra cung cao hơn cầu lao động và gây ra
thất nghiệp.
• Công đoàn còn tạo ra xung đột giữa “nhóm bên trong” và
“nhóm bên ngoài”
