Dear Parent/ Guardian,

Greetings!
We are the classroom officers of 10- St. Camillus de Lellis. We are writing this letter
to ask for your permission to let your child stay in school after class hours (dismissal time). This
is for us to be able to practice our project in our MAPEH subject without having to meet outside
school premises. This performance will serve as your child’s 4th Monthly Test as Practical Exam
in the said subject. Therefore, the presence and involvement of all student in our section are
required for their participation. We seek for your authorization to grant us permission to allow
your child to stay inside the school campus for an extended time. Rest assured that our adviser
and subject teacher are informed in this matter. Below is the date and time we hope you allow
your child to stay in school after class hours.

April 18, 2023 until 3:30 in the afternoon

April 20, 2023 until 3:30 in the afternoon
April 27, 2023 until 3:30 in the afternoon
May 02, 2023 until 3:30 in the afternoon
