CREATION OF THE PROJECT MONITORING TEAM(PMT) FOR THE

IMPLEMENTATION OF GRASSROOTS PARTICIPATORY BUDGETING
PROJECTS(GPBT)

WHEREAS, the Municipal Government of Calinog is one of the beneficiaries of Grassroot

Participatory Budgeting Projects.

WHEREAS, this GPBT initiative is participatory through the involvement of grassroots

organizations and communities creating Local Poverty Reduction Action Team (LPRAT),
strengthening the convergence of the delivery of national services in the community;

WHEREAS, the Local Poverty Reduction Action Team will create a Monitoring and
Evaluation Team called Project Monitoring Team that composed of 5 Members (2 from LGU
and 3 from CSO’s) who will specifically Monitor and Evaluate the GPB Projects.

WHERAS, in the interest of the public services to effectively monitor and evaluate the
Grassroots Participatory Budgeting Projects of the Local Government of Calinog.

NOW THEREFORE, by virtue and power vested upon me by law do hereby order the
creation of Project Monitoring Team (PMT) to be composed of 5 Members of Local Poverty
Reduction Team (2 from LGU Members and 3 from CSOs).

SECTION 1: COMPOSITION. The Project Monitoring Team shall be composed of the

following:

Margarita Alcarde President KALIPI/LPRAT Co Chairman

Dino Chaves President Canabajan Farmers Association
Herminio Geromiano Religious sector

SECTION 2. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct site Monitoring and Evaluation of GPB Projects.

2. Report to LPRAT the result of Implementation status of GPB Projects.
3. Recommend actions and solutions for the problems in implementation of GPB
Projects.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVITY. The Order shall take effect immediately
