2 HOW TO READ THIS DOCUMENT
Introduction: [SMAnon, 2024a]

Past few weeks I’ve stumbled upon a shifting Magick that at the very least radically trans-
forms this reality. I’ve been putting a lot of effort into the fundamentals of it. Targeting
needs to be on point as it can wipe your mind (you can forget you did it and lose the
knowledge). It works by warping point of perception in the multiverse through coaxing
source via intent and theatrics. The physical you houses your awareness which is con-
nected to source, but can’t conceptually experience when you successfully take control of
source’s projection (as it’s outside of reality & mind is within reality).
This is going to be an effortpost so I’m going to move to a keyboard. It’s a practical
deconstruction of non-duality, LoA, certain shifting documents, and John Paolucci. It has
stages of progress so you can train yourself before jumping and at the very least learn
advanced control of this reality.
Before I can actually get into how to do it I need to explain the model of reality. It’s
important so you know what you’re doing and why during these sessions. It has two parts,
the experienced world and the entity outside of it generating it and perceiving it.

The Entity/source. Generates all of existence for its perception. Can generate without
limits. IRL is essentially a lucid dream for it, so any physics, world set up, etc. is gen-
erated. Perceives the experience and is connected to you through this. Desires to
experience infinity so includes EVERYTHING. Is outside the bounds of all percep-
tion, including the multiverse (all universes including ones with different physics),
dreams, astral realms, sephirot, etc.

Experiential World. Generated from the entity. Includes the astral, imagination, all upper
and lower realms, afterlifes; is personally created for a point of awareness (the one
reading this text). Has control over what the source shows if discovered. No cause
and effect, only effects created by source.

The perception will generate patterns, and the source will accommodate them. This
is done through intent and expectations. For example if you want to move your arm,

you intend to, source creates the experience of muscles moving, and the arm changing
location. But the actual act of engaging your muscles does not cause the arm itself to
move. This will come up in training as the body is extremely controllable in real time. Yes
you’ll be moving your body through intent and watching it do stuff on it’s own. Patterns
can be as big as they need to, and chains or one offs. For example one pattern is the
start and end of the universe that is currently in motion.
As the source is outside our control you have to coax it into showing states through
intentful actions that cause it’s “state” (see Neville Goddard, 4D state) to change. You just
imagining stuff is not enough.
So YOU, the body the mind the person experiencing this reality are all in a dream of
this entity and it’s generating and holding the stability for you. This includes your thoughts,
memories, personality, past etc. If the source’s state was changed radically enough, you
will cease to exist (aside from the perceiving awareness). It’s basically the “last tuesday”
thing.
So an end goal is to move our awareness to an alternate world, with our present
memories. It’s doable as the source can generate anything and desires to experience
everything. Including wrangling itself to shift to alternate dimensions / parallel worlds.
This is our (my) end goal. I’ve pathed 3 stages.

1. Coerce the source to change it’s state and create an experience of it moving my
body. (Personally done)

2. Coerce the source to change it’s state and create a change in the world. (Personally
Done, still practicing here)

3. Coerce the source to change it’s state and change the world while maintaining a
version of me with this ability for further shenanigans.

Next I’ll talk about what I’ve been doing, and results.
I have been at this for a few weeks doing sessions. So far I have moved my arms, legs,
stood up and walked around the house purely through changing state. It is unsettling. I
have created “big” changes for manifestation that happened very fast. Mainly just banging
women kek.
So what I’ve been doing is finding a target state. Locking on to it and staying with it
despite the current set up (Example standing up even though I’m sitting down) and then

doing something with the intent that doing it will cause source’s state to change to the
target state. The whole thing is pretty easy as source has all your current info in it, so it
knows exactly what you want to do and why you’re doing it.
So I’ll be sitting, I quiet the mind. I acknowledge why I’m doing this (“To Stand Up”). I
then try to bring the concept of me standing to be my personal state (See LoA) mentally
I’m standing and this is the target state. Then I breath out, with the intent that breathing
out causes source to change it’s state to the one where I’m standing.
Using the body first was extremely useful as it teaches you to stay with the desired
state. Any time you think of not being standing you’ve deviated and need to refocus. This
happens if I question if am I going to stand up, or realizing I’m still sitting. When I actually
stood up, it was when I was standing mentally, and pushing that intent to source. Then it
just happened on it’s own in a weird way. I did it probably 10 times over multiple sessions
before moving on.
Next I did the same thing, grabbed a concept for a change in this reality, and held on
to it, and “did something” with the intent that doing it would cause source to update. This
time there wasn’t much feedback. But it’s been very effective, behaving exactly like any
other magick. I’m working on this stage a bit more.
Next I will target a different world, perhaps my past, or a parallel world first. Once
successful I’ll move onto alternate universes.
The main sources for my stuff are as follows:

• Neville Goddard. You do things with the intent that it causes a change in the uni-
verse, just with extra steps like holding a state, affirming, or visualizing scenes. The
only major difference is the concept that imagination is the generator, but I believe
it’s merely part of the experiential world and another tool.

As I mentioned, I’ve only recently started the second part. I’m still getting targeting
down. But within 3 days I met and had sex with a 6/10 19 y/o BPD girl and became her
favorite person. The energy is currently matching what I targeted but it’ll be temporary.

I also had a weird experience with women staring at me and chasing me around that I
couldn’t act on. I also confused first and third person and watched an ugly dude make out
with a hot girl exactly (exact scene) as imagined. My body also changed from skinny fat
to notable muscle in a week (people have all started mentioning I added muscle as well)
It’s very radical/powerful compared to the results of LoA/Magick I did before. I’m still
focusing on learning targeting before doing something huge.

Dialogue 1.

congrats, you’ve stumbled upon CHIM (from “Elder Scrolls” lore: “a state of
being which allows for escape from all known laws and limitations.”)

I didn’t know the reference until today but basically.

Dialogue 2.

Interesting stuff, thanks. So intent and expectation are key, along with continu-
ous focus. Would you say it’s necessary or helpful to focus your awareness on
this task of targeting an update in the source’s state? Maybe it changes faster
that way? Neville SATS is low effort nightly, not sustained focus sessions. How
much time would you say you focus on a target?
I’m curious about what changes you’ve already made to your world using this
method, aside from banging women kek.

Prior I would target the event (I do SATS of a scene so the scene happens) and it did
work; so it (updating source/4D) wasn’t fully necessary. But specifically doing stuff with
the intent to update source/4D has caused stuff to happen way quicker and abruptly. It’s
still very early since I’ve started doing it. I’ll do a better write-up and share in a mo.

Dialogue 3.

What causes events?

Deterministic materialism – previous events and causes; or

Idealism – state.

If you truly believe in physical continuity you should just flee because LoA can’t function
in that worldview. Even the most simple manifestations infringe upon that. I don’t know
your manifestation experience, but the behavior of manifestation isn’t
“Do a SATS and now everything starts to get lined up from that point forward to push
you towards your outcome”, it’s
“Do a SATS and previously set in motion events from before your session line up to
your outcome”.
If you’re hard set on materialism LoA is at least 5th dimensional (physical dimensions).
In that model it would affect everything along time to lead to an alternative future. This
alone prevents sequential cause and effect states as it invalidates sequence.
If you go with idealism of the shifting post linked there are no physical causes, expe-
riences happen because of the 4D (LoA 4D) state and are generated regardless of the
physical world’s conditions. You could be in 2012 with your 2024 memories in the next
instant.
I’ve moved on to the second stage and since posting that have added a new success
and manifested $1000 using the method (people randomly gave me money).
What I am doing is outlined in [SMAnon, 2024a]. I am unironically afraid of doing major
changes and working up the courage to shift to an alternate world.

Dialogue 4.

That sounds great, but your article as a whole don’t really make any sense. It’s
a combination of things that don’t combine. I’m not saying this because I want
to demoralise or stop you trying – it would be great if it works but I just can’t
see how. Perhaps you could claim that because I don’t believe it, it won’t work
for me – but that’s avoiding the fact it’s a random assortment of nonsense. Also
it’s good you got money. But that doesn’t lead to waking up in another world.
I don’t think LoA has anything to do with reality shifting. It’s a separate thing
entirely.

The core of it from a practical overview:

1. Conceptualize what you want.

2. Sit down in a session acknowledging you’re there to cause this.

3. Do X, with the intent that doing X will cause your desire to propagate to source/state/universal
line/4D self/reality. Repeat this until end of session.

If you can move your body you successfully changed state acausally. It’s mainly a
canary to know when you’ve done it. Doing the same thing will manifest stuff in the world.

Dialogue 5.

How many sessions did it take for first success, first time standing up?

Please note I have a lot of ritual Magick experience. Your time may vary. But I was
doing it in 15-20 minute sessions.

• Nothing happened the first session.

• Second session to move arm, about 15 minutes in.

• Third session was like 5 minutes in, then I did it again right away.

• Fourth session to stand took about 10 minutes.

Dialogue 6.

Im not sure what you mean by “do X” and “moving your body”. Can’t I just
move my hand? or are you saying if I move my hand, my 10k will arive?

X is any action. X can be a rain dance, maybe SATS where you imagine the end, a
chaos magic ritual, writing it in a journal, saying affirmations, doing nothing, breathing out,
moving your hand.
The important part is the rest. The intent that doing X will cause your desire to propa-
gate to source/state/universal line/4D self/reality.

Dialogue 7.

Interesting. How would a progression go for healing chronic illness and healing
a family member? I would like to progress very fast like this. Got lot of UL
background for reference

I [conducted a survey in the Universal Line Discord server], I was active there
and asked many people in DM about their success, only very few have actual
consistent results.

And even without that, I did studying on my own daily, did the daily sessions
all that for a relatively long time with no results.

JP heavily understates the importance of the intent. Intent is way more important than
he implies.

Dialogue 8.

John Paolucci is a piece of shit. He doesn’t answer questions, is an inten-


tionally rude and authoritarian dickhead who’ll ban you if you ask the wrong
questions or give wrong comments about HOC, but he literally makes fun of

people who tell him that their relatives or loved ones have died or killed them-
selves, or that their girlfriends cheated on them. The truth of non-duality and
ONEness is so fucking depressing and demotivating and fucking ugly.

Do you fucking understand what SUICIDE OR DEATH OR CHEATING MEANS


when it fucking happens to your miserable life??? It’s easy for you think like
this if none of this shit has happened in your life.

This isn’t part of Universal Line, but if you just chase those emotions down to the
core of “why can’t people love me” and then just experience and observe that emotional
tempest it will start to dissipate. If you keep pulling it up and observing it in third person
it’ll eventually go away. Then all your stuff will unblock.

Dialogue 9.

Alright I read george reddit posts, and your postchain. I also studied UL before.
After that, I did a 25 min session with the intent of moving my right arm, every
min or so I did mental focus of moving my arm up, then exhaling for it to
happen. My arm did not move. Should I try again latee today, or study for
some more?

I’d try again. I didn’t get it until my second session and this info is unrefined. I do it
way more than every minute. With breath I’d mentally collect myself, exhale, then do it
again almost right away. For passive stuff it’s almost always on my mind (passive activity
is causing the state to change)
I’ll put some journal excerpts:

• Connecting with source and intending the end state on “all of reality” worked, refo-
cusing on my physical hand ruined it repeatedly.

• Had lots of trouble until I used magickal entanglement (my shorthand for action with
intent to cause something) of breath to change 4D state. Hand moved again, unsure
if I did it. It’s a very disconcerting feeling like someone else was controlling it.

• Conceptualize end state → do an act with knowledge doing it changes state to end
state → arm moves after a few tries.

• Standing up was more of the same. I started moving when I thought of it as state
is standing because I’m doing X (breathing or whatever). (Just me saying magickal
entanglement stated in a different way)

Dialogue 10.

I wonder if a possible next step is to test this on moving other people. Kinda
creepy but maybe intending for them to smile as a start.

I’ve been using it for money. It’s been very effective. So far I’m at about $1100. A
few nights ago I was using it in a pub with the intent to get a make-out. As I was doing
it, mid-meditation a girl started a conversation and moved over to talk to me. We didn’t
make out but I do have her number and she’s very forward about being dtf. I’m very happy
as this fully cracked manifesting for me. I’m likely to try doing mini-shift stuff soon.

Dialogue 11.

Can you speak a little about intent? The PDF that was shared earlier [UL
Anon’s post collection] said there was a difference between visualization and
intent.

I’m not sure which PDF. Intent is like the reason you do an action. You can go for a
walk. Maybe so you can go to a store, maybe to get exercise, maybe to relax. You’re
doing the same action (walking) but your intent is different.
Visualizing is just another action, I would become aware I’m visualizing in order to
cause my 4D state to change while I’m doing it.
So by intent it means an intentful action that is done to change your 4D state. (See
You can swap out all this body moving stuff for literally any manifestation. You look out the
window so that state changes to one where your SP calls you.

Dialogue 12.

Wait, so:

1. If I can make my arm move I will get 1000 local currency


2. Focus on arm moving

Is that it?

Almost. It’s more like... so, normally, when you want to move your arm, you have the
intention of moving your arm, you tense your muscles, and your arm moves. This process
is “hijacking” that sequence: instead of tensing your muscles, you do literally anything
else, and your arm still moves because it was the intention that moved it, not the tensed
muscles or literally anything else.
Once you understand that, it’s easier to move from intention → result, with no inter-
vening action. But, until you’ve reached that point (which is what UL is aimed at, btw), you
can simply “substitute” the action and still get the result. So, in this case your intention is
to move your arm - rather than tense your muscles, you do something else, like look out
a window or exhale, and your arm still moves, evidence that intention is the cause of the
changed state, and not any particular action.
Because intent and result do not require a specific action, you can do literally anything
(or nothing at all) and still get your result, but the human mind is used to actions leading
to results, so this anon’s process is mentally assigning an action, any action, as leading
to a desired result, effectively “tricking” the ego. So:

• intention: I want to make out with a chick

• action: snap my fingers

• result: make out session

It needs a quiet, focused mind: the ego is going to say “this is silly, snapping my fingers
isn’t going to have a chick make out with me!” You need the ego to be “offline”, hence
meditation to quiet it.

Dialogue 13.

Can someone explain intention to me? I’d like to try this but I’m afraid I’m not
really understanding what I’m supposed to do.

The moving your body stuff is just a practice manifestation you get instantaneous

Every time you move your body, regardless of how it’s done, you’re changing State. It’s
an immediate feedback if your state changed. So you can learn if your SATS or whatever
is working. Because it only worked if your body moves. If it moves in session you properly
updated your state to a different body position state without going through the regular
mundane methods to move your body.
All this body motion stuff, is solely so you can teach yourself how to change 4D State.
The body moving is just you updating the state. But once you learn how to do it, You
leave this body moving stuff behind, then you can change your state to anything (manifest
anything).
I cracked this state updating stuff early February, moved on to money, and in the past
2 weeks I’ve made more money than I did at my job just from random unexpected money.

4D state?

This is one aspect that required practice and is hard to describe. The mental focus is
on the pushing the updated state to 4D while doing the action. But conceptually the action
is doing it. For example, if I’m breathing out, I’m breathing out the new state into the 4D.
It’s a mini cycle:

1. Conceptualize the desired state.

2. Do the action to send it to 4D/make 4D that state.

3. Repeat

Hey, I did my second session yesterday with more frequent breaths however I
still didn’t move my arm.

Should I do two sessions daily or study what you wrote some more?

I’d probably try again at least once. If you don’t get it next session, write about it. Keep
track of what you’re doing and describe what you did it and share it; I’ll see it.

Alright just finished a session. My arm still didn’t move.

Firstly I acknowledged that Source knows why I am sitting for a session (to
move my right arm) and I am mentally focusing on my arm being raised,
breathe in and out to push it to 4D state, did it 2-3 times per minute. Did
not focus on my physical arm.

If you were noticing slight movement and stopping it I’d say you were focusing on the
current state whenever you tried to “stop” it. If you’re not getting anything it’s likely not
pushing it to state with intent.
It might be worth to analyze the regular means of moving your arm to find how in-
tent feels. Regular means being intending your muscles to move (instead of through a
disconnected action), the muscles move and then your arm.
Get quiet, pay attention, and move your arm naturally a few times, watching for the
point where you trigger the motion. The instant it moves is the instant you triggered
intent.
Then bring that back to exhaling, and when you exhale use that intent feeling to instead
update the state.
I second observing your body. For me when I “trigger” it successfully I get this au-
tomatic twitch/jerk in my left elbow, almost like a reflex but I feel the muscles engage.

Dialogue 17.

Different guy, but I think I might’ve gotten my fingers/toes to start curling this
morning. I wanted to keep trying but the dog wouldn’t let me sleep in this
morning.

Not sure if I’m really doing it right though, I’m having a hard time feeling the
difference between feeling the muscles tense either as my regular intentional
movement or as a result of changing state.

Poster A. (I’m not the guy who’s been responding to you.) I think you’re getting hung up
on the idea of moving a body part. The way I do it it’s more like I’m looking for a ‘tell’ from
my body that indicates that it’s happened. My tell is my left elbow, and after I’ve done it I
feel immense peace or satisfaction, that ‘knowing’ that I’ve done it and my manifest now
‘is’. After the one I did this morning, I couldn’t even recall the affs that I used to get the
‘feeling’ I wanted to meditate on, I felt so secure.
You should be focusing your intent on whatever it is you’re manifesting while being
mindful of your body. Kind of like a small distraction to keep you from fixating on it too
desperately. Like sticking your dog’s pill in a cheese square so he eats it without ques-
tioning. Your body’s at peace, you’re thinking of that thing you want, either in words or

vibes or visuals, you know it’s fact, there’s an energy building in you somewhere just be-
cause it feels so good but that’s not your primary intention, you’re in SATS or fake sats so
your body’s not moving it’s fake asleep, keep thinking of how you have that mazerati or
whatever, and POP, elbow jerks on its own. Move on to the next desire or get up.

Okay, gotcha, so I should only be noticing my limbs moving after the fact.
I’m mostly doing this as a faith building exercise, I’ve had a few things that
I might attribute to the Law, but so far it’s been really small stuff like RNG
manipulation in games. I figure once I get a reasonable amount of faith the
momentum will carry me.

Poster B. From an actual body mechanics POV they are physically the same. But as the
other poster stated it’s sort of like a reflex, bigger movements it’s more noticeably weird.
I’ll be doing the other action and the body just starts moving, muscles engaging etc but
I’m focused on the unrelated action and state.

Again, I figured I’d start with something small. Mostly because I’m not really
sure what exactly I’m supposed to be doing. From what you say, apparently
I’m supposed to order the state change and then shift my focus elsewhere. I

1. Absolute know, know, know that you are source/the entity/line and not just
“little limited me”. (the idea of non-duality)

4. Our “return” of our intention and expectations is what we experience in


the 3D.

5. Imagination is not sufficient to get a return. Intent + action (even if that

1. I read the intending vs sensory theatre, but it’s not really clear. I under-
stand that intention doesn’t really have a “sensory aspect”, other than
the feedback we get from doing something (ie reaching above your head,
you get sensory feedback from it, but you don’t really “feel” the initial in-
tention). I was hoping you could give more info about intention, either
training it directly or ideally an idiots guide to navigating its usage.

2. In JP’s material he talks primarily about knowing that you are line/source/LK/w.e
and using this knowledge to get change that you want to see in the day-
to-day. However, instead of just giving the intention to source, it sounds
like you’re focusing on the state, holding it and “committing” it to source.

An analogy could be that you’re holding it in your ram of your brain and
trying to “commit” it like someone would to a version control repository
then if your attention wanders you bring it back to the commit and keep
going until you see changes. Is this correct and did I miss anything?

Yes that’s basically the entirety.

Imagination is not sufficient to get a return. Intent + action

Imagining can be that action as long as it’s paired with intent as an intentful action.
This is how LoA works when it does imo.
I try to differentiate the two using the terms “intent” and “intentful actions”.
Intent is a catalyst to create change. The only way things can change is if source
state changes. If source state changes intent disappears, if source state doesn’t change
it hasn’t been triggered. A desire to create the change may exist but it’s not intent.
Say a desire to go get food arises but you’re laying on your bed. You can think about
getting up, imagine going to get food, tell yourself I should go get food now, but nothing
happens until you just stand up and that instant moment of just doing it is the intent
catalyzing change. If you really want to dig into it, you can mindfully pay attention as you
watch what goes through experience when you act versus contemplate acting.
Intentful action is what I call hijacking that catalyst with actions to send info to state.
Actions allow us to trigger source state changes. It’s most easily seen with physical
movement, take a step and your dream perspective changes. I’ve found that actions
can be imbued with will to update source state in an acausal manner. This is the sensory
theatre part.
However, I found this out prior and called it magickal entanglement. In my primitive
understanding I would do an action but have that action cause something else. I would
snap my fingers, but I wasn’t just snapping I was also making my YouTube video go viral
or whatever. I entangled an outcome that mentally happened (present tense) as/because
I snapped. When I was successful the snap would “resonate” with the world. The result
would manifest. This is seen everywhere in Magick. You state a figure is your SP and
another is you and tie them together with red cord to cause a relationship.
Learning of state/4D/UL/source state upgraded my conceptions and now I just push it
to that state similar to hit push lol (impose the desired state on source and everything with
my random action) and let the pattern play out. Results have been way faster and radical.

This whole body moving thing was solely to lock in on it and train with real time feed-
back. Do an Intentful action to cause my body to move, if it did I succeeded.
Why can intent be hijacked? Idk I think it’s required for your source aspect to build this
illusion for you to navigate. I just accept it as an approximation of what’s occuring.
As for JP, his sessions require you to contemplate that you are source, as you are
part of source and Source is indivisible. In my interpretation this meditative practice is
an intentful action to create that connection with state. The next step is he becomes
aware of his desire. And as such, his desire is source’s desire. And this is, in my opinion,
another intentful action to push the desired state to source which triggers a pattern (UL
now desires it and will cause it in his paradigm).

How do I intentful action?

I can only speak for how I personally do it. I conceptualize the outcome I desire.
Because I’m conceptualizing it, it exists in full in the source state so it doesn’t need to be
Giga detailed. I do a random action, but that action also causes the conceptualized state
to overwrite the source state. From a sensory point of view it is like I’m pushing the idea to
an off screen state or into everything in my perception while I do the act. I am purposely
making the override happen with that acausal action. And lucky for you. I just had a major
realization while writing this which may assist.
IT IS EXTREMELY SIMILAR TO HOW I CREATE STUFF IN LUCID DREAMS.

Hmm, I think I have enough to try and play around with this as well. I’ll try
some of the body movement intention and see how it works out and ask again.

I’m on like day 4 of this, just did a 15 min session to stand up, didn’t work
but I got some sensations in my feet. Should I try with small movements, like
moving my finger? You may have fast results because you have a history of
magick but this is my first time doing intentful action to cause things to change,
but I am familiar with UL having read the text many times.

With No experience it’s plausibly easier to do just regular LoA stuff to learn. There’s
nothing throwing you back into the old state actively. I just did sitting up in bed and it took
me 20 minutes. The balance shift would throw my state back and I’d stop and lay back
down so I false started like 4 times.
When I started this stuff I’d lay on my side and move my forearm at the elbow (one
joint/muscle).
You could try targeting seeing a pink car or an owl instead of a body movement. You
just won’t get real time feedback. But it could be way easier. Track in journals.

I’m currently testing the general manifestation power of it. I mentioned manifesting
owls earlier. That was a success. The story behind this was I saw a video asking the
question, “How many owls do you need to see in a day before it becomes worrying?” So
I asked my buddy and he said four. So I decided to manifest more than four owls in a day.
The day before yesterday I was in a dollar store and they had canvas bags for sale and
one of the patterns had two owls on it and there were four racks with them on it showing
me 8 owls at once.
When it comes to actually shifting realities, part of me is held back here because I
want to share my findings with (you) the reader. So I also tried to run a manifestation
where the past changed but it didn’t change the present. This one took about a week to

find out the effects. When talking about family members we haven’t seen in a while my
father brought up that my grandfather hadn’t been to the house in 15 years. And that’s
really crazy because he was just there a few years ago just before covid in my memory.
I remember everything. He came out with another family member and there was a huge
shit show. Grandfather was annoying and negative because he’d lost his wife. I brought
this up to my dad and he said, “no. Grandpa freaked out and demanded that the road trip
be turned around so he could go back home and the other family member came out on
their own.”
During a call with my grandfather he confirmed he hadn’t been out in the past 15 years.
So either the past changed or I have a whole fabricated memory set in early 2019. But it
doesn’t really matter because I’m manifesting the experience of the past changing.
I’m planning to do much more radical changes, I’m overcoming my apprehension to

I’m not sure as I don’t have aphantasia. However I would say whatever you use to
explore memories mentally will probably work. Just remember yourself in the state right
now. It might work...
A shifting doc mainly showcases in my opinion on how reality behaves and the true
nature of it. An intent driven personal dream. There’s a lot of LARP stuff like obviously
the girl wasn’t isekaing herself at 5 yo because kids wouldn’t even have the mental focus

that you can visualize a scene and have it occur as a carbon copy. I’ve also

Its cool that you got the carbon copy effect and the impacting the past effects. Those
are probably the most extreme proofs of being able to control reality imo.

Not quite, I just get a brief idea of “arm up” and breathe out to force it to update to
source state. I specifically held the end state in my mind as a target. Not the intermediary.
If I thought about things from the current state (lets say arm down) it would fail but as soon
as I held onto the mental concept of the state I wanted it to be in, it would move when
doing the intentful action to push that envisioned state to state.
But moving the body seems to be a bit difficult/gets people stuck. I wouldn’t say it’s
necessary. It’s easier to envision random future states and push them to state rather than
your body being in a position it’s not. But the body stuff just gives instant feedback on
when you successfully push something to the state.Then you get a feel for how to do it so
you can do it with conviction when the change isn’t instantly perceptible.

Alright so I did a 15 min session for finger, and another 5 min session for

as for finger session, i mentally was focusing on finger being up and i kept
breathing out for the state to change to finger raised. was I doing this correctly,
holding target I mean? it would seem from your post that there are multiple
actions at the same time, like briefly this then breathe but also holding target.
could you elaborate on the distinction and relate to how I was doing it?

Yeah there’s the intentful action, where your mental focus is on the fact that what your
doing is causing the state to change. Your thought focus should be “As you clap your
hands that clap is causing you to see owls”
I focus on the state/experience I want to manifest in order to get it clear. Then do the
intentful action to cause it. I’ll do the intentful action multiple times, and if I ever feel like
I’m losing focus, get the goal clear again. In a cycle.
UL is

1. Acknowledge connection with source

2. Formulate your desire

3. Do nothing to cause your desire (it’s an intentful action, UL is vague on this)

4. repeat

Its pretty easy to get it to trigger. Why would you be doing this stuff if not to cause

Nothing will happen if you’re just visualizing to visualize, regardless of how much you
visualize. You need to be visualizing with intent to cause it.

how does this “idealist” idea that the world is some sort of lucid dream that is
changed by intent or update of the state play with the idea that the world is
multiplayer. I mean in a real dream everyone in the dream is a product of my
mind. but that isn’t the case in the real world I assume.
because if I can influence other people’s actions through my intent that sounds
kinda creepy. and also means that others can do the same on me. so how
much of my ideas are my own vs ones that are caused by someone else’s
intents or update of the state? and wouldn’t that lead back to determinism.
since my ideas themselves might be the product of someone practicing this
whether deliberately or not. and how would conflicting intents from different
people resolve themselves, like if we put two people in a room and one of
them tried to update the state of the door to be open while the other tried to

I think another possible theory that can explain this is superdeterminism, which
is another alternative explanation to some quantum phenomenons.

jected solely for ideological reasons because it would mean that the scientists
don’t have free will. which has complications related to randomized controls

I can’t claim to know, but from my personal experience it appears that the main observ-
ing awareness has executive control over their perceived universe. I’ve done a few tests
where I would manifest something mutually exclusive to what another manifestor was
manifesting. And my manifestation always won. These people could manifest desires
normally when I was not involved.
My personal opinion is it is a persistent realistic dream for whatever this entity with
state is. Our body and mind is just a dream persona (Like you wouldn’t claim your body in
an actual dream was your body). Others are just dream denizens that can be controlled.
Universal line essentially states that everything is made of source and you are it’s
awareness experiencing things. Every 1st person experience is in a personal private
dream. Source animates all things in this dream, but only the 1st person pov has control
over the domain. If you want something, source also wants it because in addition to you,
you are source. So if you desires/intends to cause x, source also desires/intends to cause
x, and does so behind the scenes as all of creation.
A fox is chasing a rabbit in a field on earth. The rabbit, the fox, the ground, the air,
the universe is all source. The foxe’s POV goes like this: the fox desires to eat the rabbit,
as such source desires the rabbit be eaten. The field, the sky, the earth, even the rabbit;
they all (because they are source) also desire the rabbit to be eaten. The universe plays
out that situation and the fox wins in it’s personal universe.
The rabbit, likewise has it’s own desire not to be eaten, and every object likewise
conspires for the rabbit to live. Even the fox desires to let it go because the fox is part of
source.
Shit gets really weird as it’s apparently multiplayer, but it’s essentially likely everyone
just goes to their own universe based on desires and manifestations. This is why stuff like
EIYPO works for LoA. IMO
I have nothing against determinism. I do believe it is above physical cause and effect
determinism. But you’re still getting desires based on your experience and updating state.
Your arm moved because you saw the posts.

Neville Goddard and Paolucci both agree creation is finished, all that can be has been
generated. It’s in the probability field (I don’t want to invoke science terms like superposi-
tion) and source/gods goal is to experience everything through awareness.
It’s entirely plausible one awareness could manifest a world state without determinism.
As that concept exists.
Start making changes in the world, you’ll see how crazy things get with just the intent-
ful actions. I genuinely believe awareness can be pushed to a radically different world
through a massive state change.

now that I think about it this is basically what most “magic” is. it’s usually syn-
chronizing or entangling two events/events that look independent from each
other.

• snapping a finger and something happens


• saying some word and something happens
• poking a figure with a needle and some person feels something in that

had sessions interrupted before by the result. If that fruit falls within the week you’ve likely
succeeded and didn’t realize. Impacting the world is less realtime. I’d experiment with
minor changes you’d like to make, raises, new friends etc.

2nd part goes into intentful action; here’s a synopsis. That split second decision/intention
can be hijacked. I like to use dropping a ball as an example. Say you hold a ball in
your hand and your intent is to drop it. You can visualize you can hold States you can
do whatever, but nothing happens until you actually drop it. To hijack it, in that moment
you’re not releasing the ball, you’re getting a raise at work. Physically you’re just in the
room releasing the ball. Mentally opening your hand just got you the raise/desired state.

It took practice for me to actively hold the desire and ignore the current state. During
the moving the body stages it was eye opening how often I did it. Hell it even hit when my
body has half moved and stopped things. It was just practice today focused for me. I think

I have one issue with this. UL teaches us that line bends, then is maintained
and it’s dissolved. All these 3 wave aspects are how things come to be from
no-thing and they are goverened by that hierarchy JP described in a different
PDF. Line becomes aware of itself, then it becomes consciousness, and from
there it goes “I now become various beings”.

So with this there are no Source/Universal Line states, just one line bending
to become something, from the highest vibration (consciousness) to lowest
vibration (physical objects) and all inbetween.

So what do you think? Did you try to experiment with just being line and have
an intention to bend as a line to produce something? Kinda like his 10 minute
session, but instead of doing nothing, you are breathing out so you as Lord
Krishna OAP bend to become XYZ.

I’m saying all this because I have a hard time accepting Source State after
reading UL many times, it just doesn’t seem to fit into what I have come to
understand soley studying UL recently.

I believe the source is the line and the state is the bending of the line. I feel JP found
the same thing but called it something different from his own interpretation. The aspects
of how a wave is born are probably useful.
I haven’t specifically used the line pov. I have used an “I’m the universe and I am
bending/warping to be this new thing” pov and it works. The information on why you’re

doing something is contained in both models and understood by the higher levels. So it
should work. I can put effort in and try but you should try and update as well.

Wait so what’s your session?

Just imagine the scene then repeat a movement like the rosary?

Yes I pick a target and then do an Intentful action to push that target to state. I repeat
it very frequently, maybe once every 3-5sec. If I get unfocused I refocus on the desired
target state and continue the intentful actions.
What I specifically do for actions varies based on what I feel like doing. I’ve found suc-
cess with clapping, hand gestures, exhaling/blowing, focusing on a point, holding/playing
the imaginary scene in my mind, doing nothing, and sympathetic Magick type stuff.

Anyone here know how to stop reinforcing a false sense of self of from having
to move your body, or from having a sense of agency?

I can easily see that my real self is in fact, not located in my thoughts, feelings,
body, or any object in my space of perceptions if I just stay still and “defocus”
or let go of my attention. Basically similar to TriumphantGeorge’s passive over-
writing exercise or a UL command session (without any aim in particular), but
I try to maintain it indefinitely, and I’m experienced enough that It only takes a
few seconds for me to feel the my false sense of self disappear, and then I feel
like I’m everywhere, or nowhere.

But when I move my body or, in general, have to do any thing that requires
having a sense of agency, I find defocusing difficult.

Having to move my body at all reinforces a sense of being stuck in it, and
increases the volume of thoughts, and defocusing while moving barely does
anything, except cancel the current thought, and immediately new ones arise.
The sense of agency remains, and I can’t cancel that unless I stop moving.

So, my meditation method is just resting and defocusing for a few seconds
every now and then to get unstuck from thinking and my body occasionally. As
long as I don’t move, my false sense of self disappears, but the moment I start
moving, I start to feel like a human being stuck in consensus reality again a few

seconds to a minute later. It’s like having a dream and then becoming lucid for
a few seconds, and then losing it, and then becoming lucid again repeatedly.
Clumsy.

I’m not working on that too much Im scared of deleting this effort. A thing of note is
just like people are raising hands or whatever, you can send your body walking around
town. This may be a medium to achieve that detachment. Another way is to just maintain
that full world view and allow those muscle movements and sensations to be a part of that
world. Again practice to not be brought back to it.
Also it’s probably easier to manifest rule changes rather than release them.

I’m excited to see all the people who have found effects with intentful actions. It gives me
hope this is a useful model of reality that can be used for shifting (eventually) or radical
changes in reality for others (Already found this personally).
My hypothesis is these instances where you guys are finding your body moving is likely
the same mechanism that makes you walk into the coffee shop at exactly the right time to
have a chance meeting with your sp that kicks things off towards your manifestation. The
pinching the nose anecdote is a great example of this.
I’ve noticed you’re using intentful action to straight up cause events. Rather than
edit the 4d state. It is very effective as you’ve seen and more than enough to trigger
manifestations. In my half finished PDF that’s basically what I was doing before.
But after combining it with TriumphantGeorge’s model of having a 4d state I found the
extremely radical stuff happens when you “Update/push it to the state” as the target of the
intentful action. Like outrageous shit happens within 2-3 days.
With everyone’s success on stage 1 and personal success on stage 2, I’m beginning
to move on to stage 3. Also I’ve split my shifting goal into two stages instead of one.
Originally 3 was to shift to an alternate world/timeline. Ive added in going into a pocket
reality. Now things look like this:

Stage 1. Learn to edit 4D states so that it moves my body.

Stage 2. Learn to edit 4D so it manifests changes in the world around me.

Stage 3. Learn to edit 4D so that I can create UL internal returns and go to a pocket
dimension I can return from.

Stage 4. Learn to edit 4D so I can change the “physical” universal framework.

Bending of the line/wave is basically state of source. It’s two authors describing ba-
sically the same thing in different ways. As long as you’re editing the behind the scenes
of 3d it should work equally radically, conceptually whatever you see it as could be the
target.

Isn’t your techinque already Triumphantgeorge’s Just Decide/Passive Over-


writing method ([TriumphantGeorge, 2014], [TriumphantGeorge, 2015a])? Also
could be the Alexander Technique (a method actors use)

He calls it sensory theatre. I had discovered intentful action. They are almost the
same. But intent was the key for me; that’s why I emphasized it. It made stuff like UL, and
NG work. It was the difference between SATS working or not for me.
Alan Chapman was a huge influence on me prior to LoA, John Paolucci, and George.
I basically rebuilt an entire life with Alan’s stuff. I’ve been a chaos mage for 18 years now.
Using his methods outlined in the book, I triggered a higher Guardian angel / crossing the
abyss. That led to me figuring out the intentful action. It’s in the PDF I wrote.
The charm is from detaching from causality and materialism. When you achieve that
an adept can cause more change twisting their ring than a neophyte spending 3 weeks in
heavy ritual.

accidentally by overwriting as memories, thoughts, emotions are all just manifestation as

Welp I did the “intentful action to move body part without moving it normally”
challenge. Tried to do it with “looking at my window to raise my arm to the sky”
similar to that one anon last thread, but my head got tired of turning. Settled
with:

I tried to recreate how my arm and hand felt by moving them normally to pinch
my nose, but it’s not the same at all. My arm moved so swiftly and gracefully
and my hand just locked onto my nose perfectly. Honestly it’s like they weren’t
even my body parts until I realized what just happened.

Yea, it’s real slow and it required a fair amount of attention. I know [SMAnon] was
talking about walking but I have no idea if that’s feasible for me anytime soon. I haven’t
tried gitting gud enough at moving acausally to know. That’s more of a parlor trick anyway.

Tried doing the [looking-at-door-hand-raising exercise], but my action was a


forceful exhalation of air from my nose while I had my eyes closed, 2-3 minutes
in my left hand started to feel numb and tingly while my right hand felt normal.
Both hands were in the same position. After the 5 minute timer ended, my left
hand was raised by around 1cm. It felt like an unseen force was slowly pulling
my hand up.
I think I focused a bit too much on my left hand a few times in the session, with
that I mean I mentally felt my hand to see where it was or if it moved at all. I
think around 4 minutes, I stopped ’looking’ at it and then it felt like it moved on
its own.
It could also be total BS/placebo, but I will continue with this.

I managed to raise my arm like anon did. I did the same with my leg. I tried
moving both of my legs while I was lying in bed but that was getting real hard
for me to keep the states straight so they’d both move together. Not sure what
to do now. I haven’t manifested anything material yet through SATS, 10 minute
UL sessions or whate else.

Did you push moving arm into source’s state? I did several of these sessions and so
far haven’t made any progress.

I started by looking at the door to my room and saying that would make my
arm raise above my head. I imagined my arm above my head as I stared at
the door.
Slowly, I felt my hand shifting against my pants, before it finally got up. I expe-
rienced similar numbness and tingling sensation.
Whether I pushed it to source is a question but it would appear that I did. I’m
inexperienced with this so this was a several minute long process, and I can’t
move two limbs at once.

This was my second or third attempt. In fairness, I was also reading [The Magic
of Psychotronic Power] that another anon mentioned and linked, and I could
feel the sensation when I pointed my fingers at my other palm. I don’t think
that proves anything for me definitively because this could still all be placebo,
but it’s piqued my interest at least.

I’m still trying to get like a hard return, like money or something.

Now you can do it where instead of your arm being in a diff position you receive $1000.
It may take a few sessions but just do it for about as long as the arm one with the same
thing.

It’s interesting, because I was doing SATS envisioning a smaller amount, like
$50 or $100 bill for multiple days and I can’t recall receiving that money. But
I’ll try it again doing it like I did the arm wide awake. I did specifically think of a
dollar bill because I had better clarity and it’d be less ambiguous, but perhaps
it failed because I was looking for a sign instead focusing my will.

I guess that’s sort of like the UL command session (even though I hold those
two to be largely the same), in that it’s a command rather than living in the end
state.

I kept looking at the door to my room, ordering my arm to raise and eventually
it happened. I expect a monetary manifestation to require a bit more lead time
though.

How do you visualize or hold your target state during practice?


Do you visualize yourself in 1st person raising your arm after exhaling? Or do you
verbalize your target “I will raise my arm after I exhale”?

So I sat in my chair, at my desk. I put my right hand in my lap. I looked over to


the door to my left, imagining my right arm was raised over my head.

If you’ve never done it, you’ll probably get nothing for the first few minutes.
That’s what was happening to me. I did it earlier today focusing on a point in
front of me so I didn’t need to crane my head around for 10 minutes like I did
the first time. I kept the scene of what I saw in my mind, but with my arm over
my head instead of in my lap.

If you’re able to do it, it’ll come very, very slowly at first, but the first feedback
was the pressure of my hand starting to lessen and my skin brushing against
the fibers of my clothes. As it kept going, I kept imagining it without looking
over, even though I could feel my arm raising (without the muscles tensing)
and I kept mentally ordering “higher” and “[right arm] will raise.”
I admit, it’s a fair amount of mental effort, I was trying to stare hard at the door,
not blinking, not looking, holding my breath, the usual sort of task-focus things.
It got a little easier afterwards, but I literally only started yesterday.

Do you try to forget about 3D (the feeling of your hand) and focus only on the image
of your hand raised?

Sort of. I still felt it, that’s how I was getting the sensory feedback (and it should
be noted, a lot of how I knew it was working despite not looking was because
I could feel my shirt sleeve moving.)
It was very much looking the other way so it was out of sight, and then saying
go from hand in lap to the imagined state of hand over head. I’m trying to
avoid saying “just do it lmao” or that I can’t really explain it, because that’s not
helpful.
I think it’s more like noticing that my desired state was incongruent with the
current state, and forcing a correction. I’m thinking this sort of forcing correc-
tions either must get easier with practice, or there will be a certain amount of
inherent resistance to acausal movement of your body.

It’s more of a test to prove it to yourself. Essentially, you’re trying to manifest arm go

beliefs. If I can make arm go up by looking at an object and willing it, instead of just
moving my arm, then ostensibly you can do other things. This is just something with
obvious, relatively immediate feedback, as opposed to trying to make ten grand show up
randomly, which is a lot less believable to a beginner.

I haven’t triggered an internal return yet. But I did find something interesting, and I do
love making the glowies squirm. Just like the body, thoughts are part of the manifest
experience. So you can manifest specific thoughts. Just do the same thing with thought
as a target event or motion. It’s not a new technique, and its usage is pretty niche. You can
use it to acquire information. In my limited experience the info does arrive, but through a
bridge instead of spontaneous thought.
I was having trouble with one of my income websites. Google did a big update and
trashed its income. On a whim I did “when I do X I will know the easiest way to fix my site”
Did the session, not 5 minutes later came to the conclusion I could just do a session to fix
the site. Kek ok. Next I did “I will know why it tanked” and “I will know how to get perfect
rankings”.
Later in the evening, I randomly/naturally started digging into my site and realized that
Cloudflare was causing a 16sec pause on the load time for a widget. Page load speed is
a huge thing for Google, had my answer.
I then went down a bit of a rabbit hole and had an epiphany. Just the combination of
stuff I was interacting with gave me a huge realization that was novel and basically genius.
I’ve been doing SEO since 2017 and never thought of this and just had a whole field open
up before me that can unironically lead to perfect rankings.
Anyway it’s kind of useless for divination, you can just assert anything you want. Who
cares if someone loves you or not if you can just make them love you. But it’s really good
for figuring out what’s happening and generating novel creativity.
If you’ve read my pdf [Shifting Magick Notes], I did the same thing, I manifested this
intent knowledge in a similar way through using traditional magick.

Poster B. Yes. It genuinely feels like a rough exercise. Bigger actions leave me feeling
like I’ve just pushed my limit doing burpees or something, and expect to be covered in
sweat, but there’s no (physical) muscle fatigue or strain. It does leave my mind pretty quiet
too, so I prefer doing a bunch of things when I sit down instead of sprinkling manifests
across my day.
I’m hoping it’s like a real muscle and gets easier over time, and until then, I’ll just keep

I tried this for the first time just now. Not even an arm raise or standing up, just
trying to flip my hands to be palms down when I place them palms up in my lap
while I sit in a chair. Spent 10 minutes, didn’t happen, but I had the weirdest
experience.

I felt like my awareness moved downwards from my head, like a ball of lead
in my body that had my “perspective” shoot out from it, as if when you move
a camera downwards in unreal engine. My sight didn’t move though, just my
“head feeling”, the feeling you normally have that your head is where it is. I
don’t know how to describe it. It moved down, though my body, towards the

sacrum, and then out of my anus and through the chair I think, though it was
hard to tell once it left my body; my heart rate sped up, and I felt my arms
moving of their own volition in the way that you feel when you’re just about to
fall asleep.
My mind was awake though, I wasn’t sleepy (been doing gateway, that might
be impacting me). This vision jolted me and I couldn’t repeat the effect after-
wards. I’ll keep working on it. Would appreciate any ideas as to what the fuck
happened with the “perspective shift” though. Am I finally going full schizo, that
is the question.

I’ve felt this before. Feels like the center of your consciousness moves.

Dialogue 53.

I did five sessions of practicing the arm technique today and found some com-
mon occurrences. On my first two successful sessions I would not force any-
thing but would fall asleep after giving some basic affirmations and visualizing
for two minutes. I would be later jolted awake five minutes later to find my arm
moving by itself to the visualized position. Before the jolt and instantaneous
movement I find that you will feel a almost alienating floating ”feeling” similar to
an OBE and have a vision before being jolted awake to the wish fulfilled. For
the next three sessions I tried staying awake whilst saying basic affirmations
and visualizations, which did not succeeded but I did somehow on the last
session cause that floating sensation that occurred in the last two successful
sessions, so it is possible to get results whilst remaining in an awakened state.
Here are my takeaways from the successful sessions.

1. Before going to relax in the hypnotic theta state, give your subconscious
SPECIFIC orders of what you desire.
2. Create an anchor that will help your subconscious remember what to do:
for SMAanon it was breathing but it can be anything you want.
3. While you are slowly relaxing yourself to sleep repeat the anchor and
visualize until you feel that it was enough.
4. Slowly lull yourself to sleep after you feel fulfilled and completely for-
get about what you desired as the law of least expectance applies here

5. Manifestation works in threes. Within 3 minutes or longer you will be


awakened to find that you have been given what you wanted or have

What does "internal return" mean?

A stable internal lifelike experience. It’s very close to the concept of shifting. JP asserts
it’s possible so I figured I’d try.

I’m hoping to do internal returns at some point but UL is kind of annoying


to read. From what I can gather I’m supposed to be doing the 10 minute
command sessions and then just willing my desires in. That sounds a lot like
SATS honestly.

I’m also not clear on what exactly I’m trying to be doing, in general. Like am I
trying to change my mind and am I or am I not supposed to be trying to “get”
something out of sessions, because I haven’t gotten money or anything yet, so
between sessions I’m trying to figure out what I’m doing (thinking) wrong.

Poster A. I’ve known some people that had results with UL, but they studied materials
for some months and did daily sessions before and only then have gotten consistent and
fast returns, so it takes serious contemplation and studying before you can truly get it and
fully accept the whole concept to be true.

I’m kind of stuck trying to figure out where I go from here. I mean, I can do 10
minute sessions. I was following some Joseph Murphy line writing affirmation
exercise but I’ve been slacking as of late. Cutting through the BS is not trivial.

fore. My advice is to do whatever works for you/feels good doing it because as you move
along you’ll naturally develop better techniques and outlook.
There is no “one perfect technique” to do this other than having to do nothing at all.

Yea, I basically have to unlearn an entire paradigm of the nature of the world.

The small desires I could have, I just don’t see them. The bigger desires I
understand why I can’t. It might be possible, if what JP is saying is true but to
me that seems like trying to run before I can crawl.
I was watching some dumb manifesting content on youtube a while ago and it
mostly gave me all the motivation I needed. If I rejected the Law, it’d mean I’d

Poster C. You only need to prove to yourself why everything is one thing, why you are
that, and why you can get your return instantly. Everything else is fluff and mental mas-
turbation, even OAP. This is why I like his older texts like advanced financial gain, it cuts
all the bs and mainly focuses on proving one thing, which is the only thing that matters.

That’s kind of the trick, isn’t it? Maybe I just failed the reading comprehension
there, but his argument is basically all is one, and the oneness is indivisible so
the parts have the power of the whole if they only recognize it.

I completely agree with you that it’s all masturbation, in the end. I don’t find
JP’s assessment of it all to be particularly convincing. Like it would make more
sense that there wouldn’t be a way for parts to have the power of the whole if
we intentionally lowered ourselves to have this experience.

I suppose my major flaw here is that I ultimately know that in order to change
my world I have to change myself, and I’m looking for some magic answer in
all of our media to find it, but in the end it’s as simple as changing my mind,
which is easier said than done.

simply use that same UL power to keep their current reality the same as always, which is
also coming from that no-thing state x times per second.

This part sort of makes sense. The problem is that I don’t quite have faith in
the basic premise. I get that act of faith is almost foundational and so it’s where
the problem is.

I’ve long accepted that methods are all window dressing. The problem I’m
struggling with is belief. The closest I get is that I want to believe but I don’t
actually believe.

Techniques are crucial because they are required in the beginning to prove to yourself
that you are God and your imagination is what creates reality. Hence why Neville pro-
moted photo realistic SATS so even the strongest of egos would submit that the LOA is
real and move out of the way.
The biggest problem with this general is people are absolutely fucking lazy and are
skipping ahead of the journey by deploying expert level systems (conscious mind tech-
niques) when they haven’t even manifested shit and nor have they built up their faith in
the process. This is not a straight forward process contrary to popular belief and you
need to figure out what works for you but that requires to get off your fucking ass and try
something then see what happens (affirmations, scripting, etc.).
Yeah cool, you just told yourself you are “God” but you don’t believe it yet and gaslight-
ing yourself 24/7 won’t make it so. Neville could manifest anything he wanted just by
thinking it so but you can’t because you are a beginner hence why you use techniques to

Doing it like this will yield faster and more effective results, at least in SManon’s experi-
ence.

I had a long in-depth reply that might help, but would probably hurt you (or someone
else reading this) in your/their progress. I’d recommend tracking down ULanon’s summary
of UL and reading through that, there’s a picture floating around here of it. But trust
me when I say you’re better off sticking to techniques and feeding the proof loop, while
simultaneously ignoring (or giving your thumbs up) to any experiences that don’t show
that you are God.
JP’s material is quite dense and has Gurdjieff level retard-writing (which I believe is
intentional to encourage/force thinking about it). You’re not guaranteed results using his
material, but certain parts of the material does help.

Personally, I think JP’s material is a side road that should be explored once you
plateau. It’s not for everyone at every point in their journey (especially not the beginning),
but should honestly be recommended when you start getting returns, but inconsistent. Or
if you’re trying to figure out why. But, for the most part, most people (ie people who don’t
want to grind understanding his works or people who are lazy) are much better off with
either neville or the condensed version of ULanon’s notes.

What does “uploading to source’s state” mean? How is this different from doing
the intentful actions to cause something?

Poster A. You can use intentful actions to cause things to happen/manifest. This is the
base.
But I also found things change much more radically if instead of causing the event
you cause the source/universe/4D/UL wave (whatever you want to call it) to change to a
version where you experience the event.
It’s a level of scale. In one you’re causing an event, in the other you’re causing a
change in everything. It seems hard but practically it’s simple. If you’re aware of Neville,
you update the 4D to one where you have money. The 3D must align with the 4D
(source/wave whatever)
If you understand it conceptually, source/4D understands it conceptually and then your
intent will carry correctly.
When I say radical I mean radical. It’s by far the most powerful manifestation method
I’ve used. Out of this world type events.

Poster B. The core reason LOA works is because you are connected to the source
of creation. You can call it whatever you want(God, Prime, Infinite, Center, etc.), when
someone talks about feeling “in flow” it’s because they are in sync with that source. That
source is not something separate though- you are that source when you aren’t getting in
your own way.
Knowing this is not necessary to do LOA, but for the people that need to know why it
works, there it is.

the Source. What you decide/believe IS.
