LITERATURE REVIEW
1. Performance and Loading Times:
Slow loading times or performance issues can discourage users.
Websites need to ensure that they are optimized for speed, especially
given users' expectations for quick and efficient online experiences.
2. Mobile Responsiveness:
With the increasing use of mobile devices for online shopping, websites
must be fully responsive to different screen sizes. Any issues related to
mobile compatibility can hinder the user experience.
3. Security Concerns:
Security is paramount for any website handling customer data. Issues
such as data breaches, inadequate encryption, or vulnerabilities in
payment processing systems can erode user trust and lead to serious
consequences.
4. User Experience (UX) Design:
Poorly designed user interfaces or complex navigation can frustrate
visitors. Regular user testing and feedback analysis are essential to
identify and address any UX design issues.
5. Product Information and Representation:
Inaccurate product descriptions, lack of detailed information, or
inconsistencies in product representation can lead to customer
dissatisfaction.

PROBLEM
IDENTIFICATION
1.User Experience (UX) Enhancement:
Evaluate the user interface and overall user experience of your
project. Look for areas where navigation can be simplified, and ensure
that users can easily find the information or features they are looking
for. Gathering user feedback through surveys or analytics can provide
valuable insights.
2. Performance Optimization:
Assess the speed and performance of your project. Optimize loading
times, particularly for key pages or functionalities. Address any
bottlenecks in the system that may affect the user experience. This
could involve optimizing code, leveraging caching mechanisms, or
upgrading server infrastructure.
3.Content Accuracy and Relevance:
Review the content within your project, ensuring that it is accurate,
up-to-date, and relevant. This is especially important for informational
websites, blogs, or platforms that provide content to users. Regularly
update information and remove outdated content to maintain
credibility.
4.Scalability and Future Planning:
Consider the scalability of your project, especially if you anticipate
growth in users or data. Ensure that your architecture and
infrastructure can handle increased demand. Additionally, plan for
future features or updates, and assess whether your current
technology stack supports long-term project goals.

METHODOLOGY
METHODOLOGY
1. AGILE MODEL
In earlier days Iterative Waterfall model was very popular to complete a project.
But nowadays developers face various problems while using it to develop software.
The main difficulties included handling change requests from customers during
project development and the high cost and time required to incorporate these
changes. To overcome these drawbacks of Waterfall model, in the mid-1990s the
Agile Software Development model was proposed
The Agile model was primarily designed to help a project to adapt to change
requests quickly. So, the main aim of the Agile model is to facilitate quick project
completion. To accomplish this task agility is required. Agility is achieved by
fitting the process to the project, removing activities that may not be essential for
a specific project. Also, anything that is waste of time and effort is avoided.
To achieve the desired functionality, we have designed the project to be adaptive
and flexible. Depending on the specific requirements and edits that arise
during the development process, we modify the project to ensure that it meets the
intended functionality. Our ultimate goal is to produce a software solution that
tailored to the unique needs of the project and delivers
