REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR INSTALLATION OF NEW CCTV SYSTEMS AND
MAINTENANCE OF EXISITING INSTALLED CCTV SYSTEMS AT JAMATKHANAS IN
PAKISTAN

FOR THE YEAR 2021

PROJECT OVERVIEW AND BACKGROUND
1. The SHIA IMAMI ISMAILI COUNCIL OF PAKISTAN, invites seal Proposals (Technical & Financial) of
renowned CCTV system integrators and maintenance service providers in Sindh, Punjab,having
extensive knowledge of implementation and integration of CCTV/ Surveillance system and having
experience in providing maintenance services in Pakistan.

2. The intention of placing this RFP is to pre-qualify the vendors to maintain existing system and to
carry out new installations at other proposed Jamatkhanas and any other places identified by
National/Regional Councils.

3. The firm after selection/ hiring will be given a chance to serve National Council during the year 2021
in which the firm and national council will be bound in a contract for the provision of maintenance
services of CCTV system installed at various Jamatkhanas in specific cities in Pakistan, and the firm
will be offered to conduct the fresh installations at Jamatkhanas where CCTV is not yet installed
including provision of approved equipment and supplies.

4. Failing the task or non-compliance of proper services/supply and installation of equipment will be
dealt strictly, and the contract will be terminated with immediate effects and the firm will be black
listed.

5. Objective of RFP
a. To hire a reliable vendor for installation of CCTV System in year 2021.
b. To select the Models of equipment to be installed during 2021.
c. To carry out a service contract for the provision of CCTV maintenance services.

7. RFP Document Availability and Validity

a. Availability. RFP document will be sent to all existing vendors through email/Regional
Councils. Hard copy can be obtained from National/Reginal Councils offices before 5 th Feb 2021
upon formal request on company/firm letter head.
b. Validity. The Proposal shall be valid up to one year.
c. Schedule of Selection Process
(1) Date of asking for quotations-10th Feb 2021.
(2) Proposal Due Date for submission 25th Feb 2021.
8. Instructions

a. RFP for CCTV Hardware will be provided in sealed envelope.

b. All quotation of Hardware / Maintenance SLA will be received from all vendors by 30 th Feb 2021.

c. All hardware specification (Make & Model) / technical information will be the part of the RFP
document.

d. No quotation/rates will be accepted after its submission date.

 e. All CCTV Hardware rates/Maintenance SLA will be executed for 3 years and rates will be
revisited on an Annual Basis.

f. Maintenance Services/Hardware Rates require for pan Pakistan Basis.

g. Please ensure that the hardware/Maintenance SLA rates included with all applicable taxes.

Government department, Public & Private Sector Organization or anywhere in the world.
i. Litigation Mandatory Submission of legal valid undertaking that the Firm is not under litigation
by any Government department, Public & Private Sector Organization or anywhere in the world.
