About Us

RF Event Planning Services provides venue sourcing, event management, event

coordination, theming, and decor and styling services to various clients across
Maryland.

Scope of Work

The company will provide venue sourcing and decoration, and event management
and coordination services for High Point Integrated School’s School Annual
Homecoming Event.

Objectives & Timeline

The objective is to find a venue, establish a decor theme, and create a plan on
how to manage the school’s event before October 30, 2021, to ensure its success.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Parties
 This proposal (“Proposal”) is between RF Events Planning Services
(“Company”) and High Point Integrated School (“Client”). The agreement is
contingent upon the approval of this Proposal.

2. Amount
The cost of the proposed services amounts to $32,445. The Client shall deposit
50% of the total amount to the Company’s bank account 30 days before the
event and pay the remaining balance within 15 days after the event.

3. Damage & Loss

The Client indemnifies the company from any damage or loss inflicted by its
guests unless proven otherwise, and vice versa.

4. Confidentiality
All information herein and other related documents are confidential and
should not be disclosed without prior written notice.

5. Term & Termination

This Proposal is only valid after one week of receipt.
