This Addendum is issued to modify or amend item in the Bid Documents (Invitation to Bid) for the
subproject described below:
Subproject ID No : PRDP-SU-IB-R006-NOC-001-000-000-2023-FMR
The specific provision of Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD) for the above-described subproject
posted on March 12, 2024, subject for amendment as listed below:
1.1. e. Bid Security in a form of Bid Securing Declaration (Please follow the link for the
template in Section IX of PBD).

Bid opening will be held on April 16, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the BAC Office, Bidding Room,
Door 2, Negros Residences, North Capitol Road, Bacolod City. Bids will be opened in the
presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall
not be accepted.

proof of ownership, such as, without limitation, Deed of Sale, Official Receipt, Certificate of
Registration, Sales Invoice, Charge Invoice or Delivery Receipt, which must meet the minimum
requirement for the contract set in the Bid Data Sheet”.
