“Unleashing GATE exam Key Strategies”

at KIIT School of Civil Engineering

The alumni talk was organized by KIIT School of Civil Engineering on 24th March
2024. Our 2021 passout Founder’s and Chancellor’s Gold Medalist Alumni
Mr.Sudhanshu Upadhyay who is currently a M.Tech Scholar at IIT
Roorkee.Currently,his research specialisation area is Dam Safety and Rehabilitation
at IIT Roorkee. His presentation was very insightful and focused on career
opportunities in civil engineering and GATE preparations. He encouraged the
students towards higher studies and suggested very good strategy for the preparation
of GATE. He shared his personal experience and preparation methods which gave
him success and also assured our current B.Tech students to provide full support for
GATE 2025 preparation.He also conveyed his gratitude towards KIIT for his success,
praised the alumni connect initiative, and discussed its importance in the professional
and personal life of alumni.The program was initiated by Prof. Gaurav Udgata, FIC
Alumni, SCE.

The interactive session was good and our students got motivated throughout the
talk. Mr.Sudhanshu thanked our Honourable Founder Dr. Achyuta Samanta sir for the
Alumni talks conducted in the University, which keeps the alumni connected with the
Alma mater forever. The program was ended with a vote of thanks by Dr S. Moulick,
Dean,SCE.
