your performance.
Process: Identify personal memories and experiences that resonate with your character's emotions, conflicts, or
circumstances.
Goal: Infuse authenticity and emotional depth into your performance by drawing on real-life experiences that
mirror your character's journey.

2. Character’s Journey
Description: In this stage, you embark on a journey to explore your character's inner world, motivations, stakes,
obstacles and relationships.
Process: Delve into your character's backstory, psychology, and relationships to identify their desires, fears, and
obstacles.
Goal: Develop a deep empathy and understanding of your character's perspective, motivations, and emotional
journey.
