Subject : Reminder to cover the ELTEK power plant at Bank Colony BTS site in AMC

This has reference to our letter no DE(CM)/BDM/Plg/2018-19/09 sent via email dated 25.09.2018 ,
25.10.2018 , 05.01.2019 , 01.02.2019 & 20.02.2019. & letter no. DE(CM)/BDM/Plg/2018-19/09 dated
11.03.2019 It is reiterated that a new power plant of make Eltek was installed at Bank Colony BTS site in
Bahadurgarh in February 2017. Since the product is out of warranty as more than one year has passed,
the manufacturing company has refused to rectify the fault as it is not covered under their AMC. The
fault no 18F59804 dated 28.06.2018 was booked on its helpline 18001031690.Owing to the delay in
attending the booked fault, we communicated with Eltek executives. In response we received proforma
invoice/quotation (attached) amounting Rs 27872.00 to get the fault rectified. The proposed charges are
not justified and logical and unbearable. At present all the four power modules, contactor, LA, one PCB
including relay circuit are faulty. In a nutshell the power plant has become totally unreliable and needs
urgent attention. It is, therefore, proposed to cover the afore said power plant in AMC of Eltek or any
other power plant vendor for smooth functioning of BTS site .
