Activity 2: Giai điệu của mùi hương

1. Objective:
• Venue: Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC)
(799 D. Nguyen Van Linh, Tan Phu, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City): has a
capacity of 6,000 people. Convenient geographical location, where most people
in Ho Chi Minh City know.
• Purpose:
+ Promote the brand, introduce the Morra Begamot Vetiver 15 perfume line.
+ Participants have the best access to and understanding of the product

2. Target Audience:
• Target audience: Everyone (student, worker,...) about 5,000 people: Mainly
young people aged 15-30 years old.
• Expected product to be sold: Morra Begamot Vetiver 15.
• At the store's branches in Ho Chi Minh City area, hang banners or put
standees so that attendees can access information about Begamot Vetiver 15
products and upcoming events.
• Media partners include 2 newspaper pages: “Phunu&sacdep”; “Kenh14”
• The number of people who buy bills over 300,000 VND + check in on Social
Networks will have the opportunity to spin the lucky draw to receive tickets to
the event: expected ~ 1,500 people.
• The number of people who buy bills over 800,000 VND have the opportunity
to receive tickets to the event: expected ~ 3,500 people.
• How many jars are expected to be sold in this period: (8,000 jars x 350,000
VND)

4. Content

- Organize a customer appreciation progam and raise funds for charity with
theme “Giai điệu của mùi hương” with the intendend for 5000 customer quick
and lucky.
- Organize at the Internaional Event Center SEEC in district 7.
- Progam is a fashion show collab with music show was inspired by line
Bergamot of Morra.
- Frist, for the fashion show: Morra have a chance cooperate with fashion
designer Mr. Nguyễn Minh Công - a young fashion designer with a lot of
creativity and certainly collection new Bergamot inspried is something to look
forward.
- A collection of 60 sets design from recycle materials for the purpose of
protecting the enviroment.
- Next, for the music show: Morra will invite favorite singer and specially with
the appearance of singer Văn Mai Hương with hot sing “Hương” it will be the
highlight of this show.
- Besides, there are also young artist like MiiNa; GreyD…
- The progam also will be supported by 2 two online newpaper channels is
“Phunu&sacdep”; “Kenh14”

● How to join the progam:


- With the simple join is when customer buy one product in line Bergamot over
300.000VND and check in social media, customer will receive chance spin the
wheel of fortune to participate the progam.
- Or if customers buy product perfume Bergamot with invoice over
800.000VND and check in social media is also will receive ticket participate
the progam
