the job and other facilities ?
3. Explain the concept of disability. Discuss the merits and demerits of various models of disability.
4. What is the role of Supreme Court in the evolution and enforcement of the Rights of Persons with
Disability in India ?
5. What are the powers, functions and the composition of Central Advisory Board and State Advisory
Board for disability ?
6. Explain the role of United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with disability for the protection
of rights of equality for persons with disability and their equal participation in the society.
7. Explain the provisions of Rights of Persons with Disability Act, 2016 in the respect of social security
for persons with disability.
8. Write explanatory notes on :
(a) Accessibility for persons with disability.
(b) Institutions for the persons with disability.
