Dear Sir / Madam,

I, Satnam Singh do solemnly declare that my only daughter, Ms. Samar holder of an Indian Passport
number N6385340; intends to travel to The Netherlands to participate in Training program
scheduled and business visit from 26 February 2024 until 11 April 2024. My daughter is employed
fulltime with Erol Exports Pvt Ltd, Haryana, India as a Production Manager and her company is
sending her for its business expansion and technical and business training to be held in Hengelo,
Netherlands. This training will help her to learn and develop skills to excel in her professional life. All
her expenses will be borne by her employer. She will leave for Netherlands on 26 February 2024 and
leave from Netherlands on 11 April 2024 to re-join her job duties on return.

I, declare that I will further support her travel morally and financially in case of any requirement. She
and I am equal partner of our agricultural land, I can provide my property valuation documents to
show that being my legal heir she is future owner of my assets. She takes very good care of elderly
members of family and she is deeply attached with family.

Please issue an appropriate visa as per the training schedule attached.
