SOFT SKILL DEVLOPEMENT

INTRODUCTION
An internship is a short-term work experience offered by companies and other
organizations for People—usually students, but not always—to get some entry-level
exposure to a particular industry or Field. It is as much of a learning experience as it is
work. Ideally, interns spend their time working on Relevant projects, learning about the
field, making industry connections, and developing both hard and Soft skills.
Internships sometimes even lead to full-time job offers.
Summer internships are typically 40 hours a week over 10 to 12 weeks. Fall and spring
internships vary, But are almost always part time. Some are paid. Some are not. We’ll
talk more about that later.

EXAMPLE:
Internship Training:
• Under the Internship Training program, an educational or a vocational institute
enters into an Arrangement with the industrial enterprises to provide experiential
knowledge to their students.
• Simply, the training conducted to offer practical knowledge to the students, lasting for
few Months, is called internship training.

Research and plan a new project .
Consider having your interns research and plan a new project . your could give them a
few ideas or have them create an idea on their own , such as developing new
product ,Creating a social nedia campaign or planning a Guest speaker event . You
could also have them create the blueprint or outline for the project or complete and
product the entire project. Ensure that they have the resource to research , plan and
create the project and provided guidance when needed.
Develop support material
Have your interns develop support materials for a Project that your employees are
currently Developing . support materials can refer to visuals like Charts or graphs that
many be useful during a presentation . creating support materials is an important skill
to have as an employee , as it can enhance you’re administrative skill.

3.Context:-Informal communication occurs in informal settings, such as among Friends,

informal Conversations, social media, text messages, or phone calls.
5.Purpose:- Informal communication serves the purpose of socializing, building
