VISION The President Ramon Magsaysay State University shall be a progressive learner-centered and proactive
research university in digital and global society.
PRMSU shall primarily provide advance and higher professional, technical and special instruction in various
MISSION disciplines; undertake research, extension and income generation programs for sustainable development of
Zambales, the Region and the Country.
The following are the goals of the Graduate School:
1. It shall provide quality instruction to attain excellence, responsiveness, efficiency and effectiveness in all

PROGRAM 1. To equip the students with scientific knowledge of administrative and management concepts and theories
useful in formulating solutions to problems associated with the administration of the basic and general
education programs;
2. To enhance competencies in preparation for leadership and supervisory positions in the administration of
the basic and general education programs;
3. To develop knowledge and skills in the field of education through research and extension; and
4. To strengthen the moral values of its graduates.
The PRMSU values diversity and seeks talented students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds. The

II. Course Title HUMAN BEHAVIOR IN ORGANIZATION

III. Course Description This course deals with the discussions on the different theories and concepts of individual as well as group
behavior in the organization.it shall also tackle the function of supervision and motivation of teachers,
problems of interpersonal relationship.

XVIII. COURSE Netiquette for Online Classroom:
ETIQUETTE During virtual classroom discussion, it is important to understand the rules of netiquette on how to interact

XIX. 1.Regular in attendance is required.
CLASSROOM 2.All students who come to class 15 minutes after the teacher started the discussion will be considered late. 2
POLICIES consecutive late will be considered as absence.
3.Reading the required reading materials before entering the class is a must.
4.Intellectual dishonesty: cheating, plagiarism and “free-riding” in group work are strictly prohibited.
5.Take major examination such as Mid-term and Final Exams.
6.Submit requirements on time. Papers submitted beyond the scheduled deadline will not be accepted.
7.No makeup examinations will be given to those who miss one. However, when a student a misses a long
exam for a valid reason, he/she must present a medical certificate or an excuse letter upon return.
8.Cell phones should be turned off or set in silent mode before entering the class.

XXI. Consultation Due to this pandemic personal consultation is not encouraged. To ensure the teacher’s availability, schedule
an appointment with the teacher. Consultation via e-mail is encouraged as well. Please state your question as
completely as possible. Consultation through phone will only be entertained if the student introduces
himself/herself and follows courteous language.
