This part are the charts represents or shows the responses of the Grade 10 Epidote students
when the researchers gathered the data. This will aid with the readers' comprehension of the
gathered data and may also assist the researcher in drawing conclusions.
QUESTION #1. The respondents were asked if they are playing online games. Out of 42
students, 24 responded yes, 5 responded no, and 13 of the students were absent during the data
gathering procedure. This chart shows that there are only few students in this section who are not
playing online games.

INTERVIEW INTERPRETATION AND ANALYSIS

1. Why do you play Mobile Legends?
Transcription: “Pampalipas oras lang, if wala koy lingaw mudula ko ana.”
Translation: "Just my pastime, and when I have nothing to do, I play."
Interpretation: The respondent was asked why does he plays Mobile Legends and answered he was
seeing ml as a leisure activity. If he had nothing to do, he plays Mobile Legends.
2. How long have you been playing Mobile Legends?
Transcription: “I’ve been playing Mobile Legends for three years and I didn’t reach mythical glory for
once in a lifetime.”
Interpretation: In this question, the respondent was asked how long he has played Mobile Legends
and said that he has played Mobile Legends for three years, and when it talks about that game, once
in his lifetime he didn't reach mythical glory.
3. What advice can you give to the students especially who are engaged in playing Mobile Legends?
Transciption: “Paminaw lang jud sa mga kabalog dula ug ml, maminaw sa mga elder ug dili mag
toxic.”
Translation: " Listen to those who knows how to play, listen to the elders, and don't be toxic."
Interpretation: In this question, the respondent was asked what advice he could give. The advice he
gave are listening to the elders and not being toxic.
4. What are the positive effects of playing Mobile Legends?
Transcription: “Wala kay kung maaddict ka ana na dula kay dili ka kafocus sa imong pagskwela niya
di na ka muskwela ba.”
Translation: "There is no positive effects of playing ML, because if you got addicted to the game, you
won't be able to focus on your studies, and you won't attend to your classes."
Interpretation: In this question, the respondent was asked by the researchers what are the positive
effects of playing Mobile Legends, and the respondent said that there is nothing positive in playing
Mobile Legends because you cannot focus on your studies and it will ruin your studies.
5. What limitations do you think should be done in playing Mobile Legends to improve the academic
achievement of the student that are being affected?
Transcription: “Para saakoa tag duha ra kaoras tagtulo kay para mabuhat ang mga
assignments.”
Translation: “For me, you should just play ML for 2-3 hours so that you have your time to make your
assignment.
Interpretation: There are ways to improve the academic achievement of the students that are being
affected by the game Mobile Legends. The respondent replied by playing for only 2-3 hours in order
for you to have time to make your assignments.
6. How many hours per day do you spend playing Mobile Legends?
Transcription: “Gadula kos Mobile Legends duha or tulo ka oras.”
Translation: “I play Mobile Legends for only 2-3 hours.
Interpretation: The respondent was asked how much time does he spends playing Mobile Legends
and he respond that he only plays for 2-3 hours only.
7. What motivated you to choose Mobile Legends as your game of choice?
Transcription: “Napili nako siya as my game of choice kay dira ma bonding mi sakong mga barkada
bitaw like maka spend time ko saila then dira ko gakalingaw tas ma stress reliever na nako siya.
Kana rapud nga dula nga like dara mi makabonding tanan kay lagyo man gyud mi so pag sa
basketball namo iplay nga dula kay dili mi makadula tanan ba so sa ml ragyud ang way and sa cod
pud kay dili man pud sila gadula so ml ragyud among dula.”
Translation: “I chose it as my preferred game because it is the only game where I can bond with my
friends. Moreover, we can't play basketball since my friends live so far. And my friends don’t play
COD. Also, Mobile Legends helps me cope with my stress.”
Interpretation: The respondent chose ML for the reason that his friends lived so far and ML is the
only way where he can bond with his friends.
8. Does playing Mobile Legends helps you relieve your stress? In what way?
Transcription: “In a way na kanang basta mastress ko sa akong acads kay murag mag play kog
Mobile Legends with my friends so tas ano mawala akong pagkastress sag kadyot lang.”
Translation: "In a way, whenever I'm stressed in my academics, when I play Mobile Legends with my
friends, my stress will fade away for a while."
Interpretation: When the respondent was asked if playing Mobile Legends helps her relieve their
stress, she answered in a positive way to her experience that whenever she plays Mobile Legends
with her friends, her stress would fade away for a while.
9. How do you balance your tome between playing Mobile Legends and studying?
Transcription: “Kanang by oras man gyud na kung kanang priority nako akong pagstudy akong
unahon akong study kay sa sa ml kay ang ml kuan mana siya kanang anytime mana siya na madula
kaysa sa study panalagsa ra.”
Translation: "It is by time when I prioritize my study, and I will choose my study instead of ML
because ML is that you can play it anytime, but when it comes to studying, it is only occasionally."
Interpretation: The respondent was asked how they could balance their time between playing Mobile
Legends and studying. In his experience, the respondent replied that it is by time that he prioritizes
his study and will always choose his study instead of Mobile Legends because he can play Mobile

10. Can you guarantee that Mobile Legends is good for you? Why?
