• Easy way to distinguish main difference between LS

area and USR area is:
– LS Area : When user wants to use LS area, user must

understand function of each LS area thoroughly. Some are user
areas while some are system or special areas. If you use system
area incorrectly, it might cause a wrong operation e.g. screen
turns off or screen changed unintentionally.
– USR Area : User can access a whole USR area freely, both bit
and word type.

• เป็ น feature ทีเพิมขึนมาเฉพาะรุ่ น GP4000 เท่านัน

• Enhanced Recipe ทําให้การทํางานกับสู ตรง่ายขึนเพราะตัวสู ตรจะถูกเก็บไว้ในหน่วยความจําของ
หน้าจอเลย เราสามารถอ่านและเขียนสู ตรระหว่าง PLC กับหน้าจอได้โดยตรงโดยทีไม่ตอ้ งผ่าน
SRAM อีกต่อไปทําให้สามารถเพิมความจุของสู ตรได้มากยิงขึน
• อีกทังยังสามารถใช้กบั รู ปแบบข้อมูลได้หลากหลาย เช่น ตัวเลข ข้อความ ข้อมูลแบบ bit เป็ นต้น

steps โดยแลกกับการเสี ย Screen Area ไป 1MB
ใช้ตรวจสอบ Logic

INT Routines
INT เป็ น logic ทีทํางานเพียงครังเดียวตอนเปิ ดเครื องหรื อตอนที Logic เปลียนจาก Stop เป็ น Run
เท่านัน โดยเมือ INT logic ทํางานจบแล้วจะไม่มีการทํางานอีก โดยจะไปทํางาน MAIN logic แทน

MAIN Routines
MAIN เป็ น logic ทีทํางานหลังจากที INIT ทํางานเสร็ จแล้ว และจะทํางานต่อไปเรื อยๆ จนกว่าจะปิ ด
เครื องหรื อ logic เปลียนเป็ น Stop

SUB Routines
Subroutines เป็ น logic ย่อยทีเราสร้างเพิมเติมขึนมา โดยจะถูกเรี ยกจาก MAIN และสามารถสร้างเพิม

ได้สูงสุ ด 32 Subroutines

• การกําหนดตัวแปรให้คาํ สังใน Logic สามารถทําได้ 2 วิธี
1. เลือกจาก Variable ทีได้ถูกสร้างเอาไว้ล่วงหน้าแล้วใน Symbol Variable

2. พิมพ์ชือตัวแปรใหม่เข้าไปเลย โดยตัวแปรใหม่นีจะไปเก็บใน Symbol Variable อัตโนมัติ

วิธีการติดตังโปรแกรม Project Convertor
2 การใช้ งาน Project Converter

การใช้ งาน Project Converter
ใช้ในการแปลงโปรเจคไฟล์จากโปรแกรม GP-ProPB
(.prw ซึ งใช้กบั อุปกรณ์รุ่นเก่า) มาเป็ นโปรเจคไฟล์
สําหรับโปรแกรม GP-ProEX (.prx ซึ งใช้กบั อุปกรณ์
รุ่ นปั จจุบนั )
ในกรณีทไม่
ี มโี ปรเจคไฟล์ สํารอง (.prw)
ให้ ทาํ การ upload โปรเจคไฟล์ จากทัชสกรีนก่อน
Project Converter: Installation
• ในกรณี GP-Pro EX version 3.x โปรแกรม Project Converter จะถูกติดตังให้

อัตโนมัติ ไม่ตอ้ งมาลงแยกเหมือนใน GP-Pro EX version เก่า

Project Converter
สามารถใช้งาน “Project Converter”

ได้โดยไปที “Start” ไปที Programs
แล้วไปที “Proface”
แล้วจะพบ “Project Converter”

Project Converter
เลือก Project File สกุล .prw (GP-ProPBIII C -Package )

Project Converter
ทําการ Browse เพือกําหนดบริ เวณทีต้องการจะเก็บ และตังชือ Project File (.prx)

ทีทําการแปลงจาก Project File สกุล .prw

Project Converter
1. สังเกตข้อมูลแสดงผลการแปลงไฟล์วา่ มี error
เกิดขึนหรื อไม่
2. เปิ ดโปรเจคไฟล์ทีทําการแปลงแล้ว (.prx) ด้วย
GP-ProEX
3. ตรวจสอบ error โดย error check
4. ทดสอบหน้าจอแสดงผลโดย Simulator เพือดู
ความสมบูรณ์ของโปรแกรม
Click ที “Convert” เพือดําเนินการแปลง Project File

เพียงเท่านี ก็จะได้ Project File สกุล (.prx)
ทีทําการแปลงมาจาก Project File สกุล .prw
