Working as a Production Engineer cum quality Engineer in Riddhi steel and tubes Ltd. (kamod) Ahmedabad from April
2023 to till now in production Dept.

Riddhi Steel and Tube Limited is a public company that manufactures and exports steel pipes, tubes, and hollow
profiles. It was incorporated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat in 2001. The company specializes in galvanized and pre-
galvanized pipes, and offers products for a variety of industries.
2) HARSHA ENGINEERS INTERNATIONAL LTD. (2022-2023)
Harsha Engineers International Limited* is a TPM certified Precision Engineering Company Manufacturing
Bearing Cages and Stamped Components which complies with good manufacturing practices and adheres to the
standards accepted by the Industry.

3) FCC CLUTCH INDIA LTD.

FCC CLUTCH INDIA PVT. LTD. manufactures clutch through an integrated system extending from research
and development of frictional materials to assembly of clutches. The scope of our business has been steadily
expanding in stride with the development of the automotive industry, enabling F.C.C. to claim the top worldwide
share in motorcycle clutches. Our global production system consists of 22 manufacturing facilities covering 10
overseas countries in addition to our Japanese facilities.

M/s JTEKT India Limited (formerly known as Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd.) is a part of JTEKT
Corporation Japan and operates as part of JTEKT Group of India. It is engaged in the business of
manufacturing / production, supply and sales of steering system, viz. steering gears, columns and other
auto ancillaries to almost all Indian passenger car and utility vehicles manufacturing’s largest
 manufacturing company in India such as Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, Tata Motors and Mahindra &
Mahindra etc. JTEKT India Limited exports high quality precision product to USA, Europe and

 Manpower Handling
Ø Managing and ensuring the shop floor safety, manpower, machine, method

 Conduct shift start meeting with all Associates.

 Do the planning of associates as per production plan.
 Check the POKA YOKE on machine.
 Inspect the J.H. check sheet.
 Fill 4m change documents.
 Fill & Update Daily DPR documents.
 Update line green board.
 Attend production meeting
 Responsible for New manpower training (Product knowledge, Process knowledge, Daily Work Management,
safety knowledge, TPM, 5S, Kaizen's& other systems used on shop floor), existing manpower multiskilling
& job rotation.
 Line balancing with conducting Takt Time.
 Daily Quality problems follow up & taking & freezing countermeasures.
