I, GILL CAÑA GAMAO, JR., Filipino citizen, of legal age,
married with postal and residence address at No. B 162 L 31 P 1 Mabuhay City Subd., Brgy. Paliparan 3, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:
1. On September 10, 2023, my wife LOREZA CARPINA
GAMAO and I bought a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Paliparan 3, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, Philippines, registered in the Registry of Deeds of Trece Martires City, Province of Cavite under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 057-2023027560 containing an area of TIRTY-SIX (36) SQUARE METERS, more or less;
2. The sale is evidenced by an EXTRA-JUDICIAL
SETTLEMENT (EJS) with Deed of Absolute Sale which is supported by this Affidavit. The EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT (EJS) with Deed of Absolute Sale was notarized under notarial registry number Doc No. 76; Page No. 17; Book No. 74; Series of 2023 on September 12, 2023. (A copy of EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT (EJS) with Deed of Absolute Sale hereinafter referred to as ANNEX ”A”);
3. In an EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT (EJS) with Deed
of Absolute Sale, the spelling of the complete name was erroneously and incorrectly written as “GILL CAÑA GAMAO”. However, my true, correct and complete name is “GILL CAÑA GAMAO, JR.”. (A copy of my Identification Card hereinafter referred to as ANNEX “B”;
4. Consequently, I hereby execute this Affidavit to attest to
the truth of the foregoing facts for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
