SEPTEMBER 2022 PASTORS' MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT

1. HELPS WEEKEND
The 2022 Helps Weekend has been scheduled from Thursday 15th September - Sunday 18th September 2022, with the
theme: "JOY TO THE NEIGHBOURHOOD" - Psalm 37:3, Proverbs 3:27. The e-programme has been posted on the
Pastors’ platform.

2. SUPPORT FOR YEAR 2022 YOUTH CONVENTION

The Youth Convention is scheduled to hold in October 2022 and the Mission Authority expects mobilization, attendance
and support from Provinces towards this programme especially Provinces in the South West. To make this programme a
success, financial support should be sent in on or before 16th September, 2022 as below:

3. LET'S GO A FISHING
The Mission Authority hereby directs that henceforth, Let's God A Fishing Programmes should be taken more seriously
and the programme should be majorly aimed towards the winning of souls and expansion and growth of the church.
Also, the names and venues for church planting exercise and visitation of Senior Ministers for the December 2022
exercise should be sent to the office of the Special Assistant to the General Overseer (Admin) before 30th October 2022.
4. CSR: REPORTING OF ACTIVITIES
The Mission Authority has noted that some Regions and Provinces have refused to report CSR activities in their domain.
Henceforth, any Region or Provinces which refuses to report their CSR activities on a monthly basis will have the
concerned Pastor in Charge of Region and the respective Assistant Pastor in Charge of Province (CSR) sanctioned.

5. RE: ISSUANCE OF STATUTORY MARRIAGES CERTIFICATES

Please be informed that statutory marriage certificates will no longer be issued in any RCCG parish or from the National
Legal Department starting from 1st September, 2022. Note that this is an interim measure pending when all relevant legal

6. GLOBAL PRAYER CHAIN

The monthly Global Prayer Chain schedule for LP23 has been changed from Day 23 to Day 3 of every month for the
2022/2023 RCCG Calendar Year.

7. TAP 23
The 2022 African Praise is scheduled to hold, Saturday, 1 st October 2022 at Maranatha Church. Kindly mobilize workers
and members in your domain to attend.
8. PASTORS’ PRAYER MEETING
The September 2022 Pastor’s Prayer Meeting is scheduled as follows:
