I am hereby writing this letter, requesting you to kindly issue a transfer

certificate in the name of my son Mr. Jasmeet Singh of Class 7 th holding admission No.
89 and roll No. 7.

It is intimated that due to my family and job circumstances and

requirements we want to continue further study of my son in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh
and my son Mr. Jasmeet Singh passed entrance test for admission in class 8 th in the
Bishop Cotton School, Shimla. He has to report on 10 February, 2024.

With due respect, it is requested that kindly issue the transfer certificate
that my son Mr. Jasmeet Singh can enroll in said school and I would also request you to
complete all codal formalities in end of OPS Vidhya Mandir, Ambala City for transfer of
my son in the Bishop Cotton School, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
