Subject: Change of Schedule for the Award Ceremony

This is in continuation of our earlier correspondence which we

shared yesterday to the Principal, Coordinators, Students and the
officials of the NDMC Convention Centre.

For the security purposes the NDMC has given some

suggestions as it is huge number of students/teachers or parents.

Now based upon the instruction, received from the NDMC

authorities we have rescheduled our timings as per the annexed list
as:

The List No. A (attached below) which bears around 189 students
alongwith the name of their respective schools. The students will
join the ceremony at 10:00 am on 07.04.2024 along with school
Principal or teacher as the case may be.

The List No. B (attached below) which bears 171 Students along
with name of their respective schools and the students will join the
ceremony at 1:00 pm on 07.04.2024 along with school Principal or
teacher as the case may be.

The List No. C (attached below) which bears around 189

Students alongwith the name of their respective schools and the
students will join theceremony at 04:00 pm on 07.04.2024 along with
school Principal or teacher as the case may be.

 It is advised that the students will comein school dresses.

The Government Schools in this category will reach at NDMC

Convention centre at 1:00 PM whereas the Public Schools will
reach at 4:00 PM.

It is clarified that the schools who participated in this

Olympiad but their students could not qualify for 3rd round are also
welcome to get their school award as already notified.

It is also clarified that the Original Cheques, Certificate of the

Principal as well coordinator or Award will be handed over to the
Principal or the Teachers only. The school will distribute the
Cheques to the students after making proper satisfaction.

Sorry for inconvenience but we hope you can understand the

compliance of government agencies as they directed.
