Founded in 1980, The Un-Common Theatre Company is dedicated to producing quality productions performed
by aspiring young actors, singers and musicians and supported by aspiring young technicians. We provide
opportunities to work under the guidance of theatre professionals and perform in professional theater
houses. Our vision is to develop the life skills of youth through the professional theatrical experience.

We need your Help!

It is no secret that as a non-profit organization we rely heavily on our parents, and contributions from
community members and theatre lovers such as yourselves to succeed. The Un-Common Theatre’s Young
Performers Production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid JR! will be performing 3 shows at the Marilyn Rodman
Performing Arts Center (MRPAC) May 17-19, 2024. Our cast includes 28 actors in 1st through 6th grade from
Foxboro, Mansfield, Millis, North Attleboro, Norfolk, Randolph, Sharon, Walpole, Westwood, and Wrentham.

We are currently designing our playbill and are in search of individuals or organizations interested in placing
an ad in our playbill. Money from playbill ads goes towards costumes, props, set pieces and more. The MRPAC
seats 380 people, and our YPP shows typically sell out. This means your ad has the potential to reach over
1,100 audience members who will be reading their playbill cover to cover waiting for the show to begin!
