Disney Experiences (aka Disney Parks)
• Backed up all Azure based IT infrastructure into an IaCed repo using Terraform and aztfexport.
• Created stacks to automate deployments of various Azure resource types (Key Vaults, Storage
Accounts, Virtual Machines) using Terraform modules/workspaces via a proprietary pipeline
framework.
• Working on a Terraform workspace / module to automate the deployment of AKS (Azure
Kubernetes Service) clusters.
Systems Engineer – DevOps Engineer

CHENMED
• Created a proof of concept to deploy a raft of Vault pods inside a Kubernetes (EKS) cluster to
ensure containerized apps in said cluster can securely access secrets and passwords.
• Transformed 2 critical applications which ran as standalone servers to immutable infrastructure
using CloudFormation (IaC).
• Transformed the artifact building process of applications from Jenkins freestyle jobs to pipelines
which are created from Jenkinsfile by leveraging a shared library of groovy scripts.
• Created new AWS accounts and all infrastructure components from scratch in pursuit of creating a
physical separation for one of our subsidiaries using Terraform.

• Migrated client applications to their proprietary CI/CD framework.
• Implemented the CI/CD framework based on a centralized pipeline library consisting of multiple
automation gears, for different deployment types such as EC2, ECS clusters, ALBs, R53 records,
Dynamo DB, etc.
• Modified the centralized pipeline library that houses different pipeline flavors - Jenkinsfile
templates created for specific cloud infrastructure (Docker, EMR, Redshift, DynamoDB, Aurora,
etc.) - to create customized versions of automation gear which are deployed to the AWS cloud.
• Worked with the client’s in-house SRE team to develop a feature enhancement for an automation
gear which monitors the status of traffic switching for blue-green apps using Splunk (or New
Relic) in an automated manner and rolls back in case of increased error rates.
• Implemented the traffic monitoring automation gear in critical middleware apps.

• Built CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshooted deployment failures (pipeline defects).

• Developed modules for automation using python-based scripting for creating a JIRA – TeamCity
bridge to check whether deployment criteria are met before deployment of build artifacts to UAT,
implemented post UAT checks, generated release notes.
• Scripted a change automation module which was used to call SNOW APIs to create Change Requests,
attach files, change statuses, etc. Plus, configuring those scripts as build stages in TeamCity.
