PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1. Worked as Health and Nutrition Officer in ACTED organization from 30 December 2022 to 31
December 2023 in Jawzjan Province.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the project scope of work with relevant government directorates, BPHS (NGOs) and
other stakeholders.
• In coordination with the project manager and health sector team implement the project activities
in the respective provinces through his/her subordinates (health assistant, nutrition assistant, CHBC
assistant and community health mobilizers)
• Coordinate with health sector team during the quality assurance session in the project designated
location and provide transportation and respective support.
• Ensure the project location for health and nutrition service deliveries is fully communicated with
respective DoPHs and there is not any duplication of efforts during the project life time.
• Periodically assess the team and update the project manager and health sector lead on the progress
of the project.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and field level support.
• Coordinate project training plan with BPHS and provincial public health directorate.
• Ensure proper pharmacy of health facilities including consumption reports, no stockouts, rational
use of drugs.
• Review and check HMIS data from health facilities, analysis and submit to WV HMIS unit focal
points (HMIS officer or any designated HMIS assistant).

2. Worked as enterprise consultant/trainer with Islamic Relief International in ABADIE UNDP ICRA
project in Jawzjan province for two months.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize an area of growth for each enterprise and prepare a list of recommendations.
• Provided two weeks of consulting, coaching and mentorship to the business owner in implementing
the recommendation.
• Develop training material and coursework for enterprise development, marketing, and bookkeeping
training.
• Provide 24-30 hours of in-class training on enterprise development, marketing, and bookkeeping.
• Analyze 10-15 enterprises and identify key gaps in management, operations, business model, and
marketing and determine areas of growth.

2. Worked as Data Collection Officer at RRAA/NCA in UNDP ABADIE program for one month 23 July
to 21 August 2022.
