Today we are preparing a burger that is prepared on the streets of Italy.

It is unusual instead of a cutlet, there

Burger Ingredients:
Burger bun
Octopus
Octopus broth:

5 celery

2 cloves of garlic

Let's prepare the sauce from the beginning:
1. Cut the onion into small cubes.
2. Put the frying pan on the stove and pour olive oil into it.
3. Peel the garlic and crush two garlic cloves with a knife and chop finely. And we throw it into the pan.
4. Pour 500 grams of ketchup and 200 ml of water.
5. Add 10 grams of dried basil and stir.
6. Peel the red onion. Cut half the onion into wedges and add to the sauce.
7. Wait five minutes and you're done.

Now we start to prepare the octopus broth:
1. Clean the carrots and cut them into slices.
2. Cut the celery in the same way.
3. We put a pot of water and throw vegetables there.
4. Also add allspice and a pinch of salt there.
5. Open the wine and pour out half a liter and add 200 ml of lemon juice.
6. When the broth is cooked, proceed to the octopus.
